The Xerox DB120 is an online binding machine compatible with the Xerox
5800, 5895, 5890, 5100, 5680, 4050, 4090, 4850, DT1DP-75/90, and HC390.
The DB120 is also compatible with the Xerox DocuColor series: DC2045/
2060/5252/6060. Using the unique system you get automatic, high quality,
and cost effective binding of collated documents.
Binding is achieved online, unattended and while your production system is
still processing. The Xerox Binder 120 can also function as a walk up finisher
in the off-line manual mode. The output is outstanding with the professional
appearance of wrap-around, perfect-type binding. Quality and reliability are
guaranteed – its impossible to separate any sheet from its cover without
tearing the sheet itself. Standard covers have a transparent plastic front and
a card back. They are available in several colours and styles to meet every
application.
The covers are available in 5 different spine widths:
1.5mm to bind between 1 and 13 sheets (80gsm)
3.0mm to bind between 14 and 28 sheets (80gsm)
6.0mm to bind between 29 and 55 sheets (80gsm)
9.0mm to bind between 56 and 84 sheets (80gsm)
13.0mm to bind between 85 and 120 sheets (80gsm)
Covers are supplied in cassettes containing 150 covers. Three cassettes are
shipped in a ‘master box’. The ‘master box’ can if required contain 3 different
cassettes.
Minimum order quantity = 1 Master Box.
