1. Please ensure the “Device Select” is “OFF”, and “Mode” is “Normal”.
2. It has to connect with at least one PHASE of the THREE PHASE 4 WIRE input
power.
3. To connect the correct AC voltage referring to the factory default setting.
A. Memory Setting
1. Under “stand-by” mode, to press one group from “Group 1”, “Group 2” or “Group 3”.
2. To select channels belong to the selected group.
3. To press “SET” button to store the setting.
4. To press “Group 1” button over 2 seconds to delete the previous setting.
B. Memory Control Operation
1. Press the ON button to start the sequence from the Preset.
2. The sequence will begin to turn on from the channel which has the most less delay
order.
3. Press the OFF button will start a reverse order sequence to turn off the channels.
C. LEDs Indication
1. In Stand-by mode, only the Power ON LED will lit.
2. The AC OUTLET LED will lit when the channel has been switched to ON.
3. In Memory Control Operation the LEDs of GROUP1-3 will not lit.
D. System Failure Indication
1. A system error appeared when the LEDs of GROUP and Channel will permanently
lit, press the RESET button to restore.
2. Device failure code: LED indicator numbers == Error code.
E. The device will only work in By-Pass mode when system Err is appeared. In By-
Pass mode all the control from the front panel will be disabled and the AC power
will be delivery directly through the channels.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DIRECT CONTROL OPERATION MODE
Before Operation
1. DEVICE SELECT switches should all be set to OFF, and MODE should be set at
NORMAL.
2. At least one AC power phase should be connected to the device’s 3 Phase/4 Wire
power input connector if running a test for the device.
3. Beware of the AC power Input Voltage to the device is correct to the device’s default
voltage.
4. Void to the warranty if any operation violated to the operation instruction.
A. Memory Control Operation
1. Under Stand-By mode press the SET button will enter to the Direct Control
Operation Mode.
2. Press the Channel Button to directly Turn-on or Turn-off the power of the channel.

B. LEDs Indications (at normal operation status)
1. In Stand-by mode, only the Power ON LED will lit.
2. When Direct Operation Mode is activated, the AC-OUTLET LED is lit and LEDs of
Group1 to 3 become flashing.
C. System Failure Indication
1. All the LEDs of Group and Channel are constantly lit indicates that the system is
failure, press the RESET button to restore.
2. Device failure code: LED indicator numbers == Error code.
D. The device will only work in By-Pass mode when system Error is appeared. In By-
Pass mode all the control from the front panel will be disabled and the AC power will
be delivery directly through the channels.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROGRAMMED CONTROL OPERATION MODE
Before Operation
1. Either one of the DEVICE-SELECT switches must be set to ON and MODE should be
set at NORMAL.
2. The Preset-number of the device which is being controlled will be display on the front
panel, Group1 to 3 LEDs will scrolling in turns to lit.
3. Beware of not to set the same Preset-number for difference devices, otherwise
malfunction would occurred.
4. RS232 Control port connected from the host PC; do not connect to the host PC if only
one device is used.
5. At least one AC power phase should be connected to the device’s 3 Phase/4 Wire
power input connector if running a test for the device.
6. Beware of the AC power Input Voltage to the device is correct to the device’s default
voltage.
7. Void to the warranty if any operation violated to the operation instruction.
Programmed Control Operation (The host control status will be provided by the
host control designer).
1. Mode Selection: (In all Mode, Group1 to 3 LEDs will scroll in turns to lit)
a. Memories Setting: The controlled device operation will not be affected.
b. Memories Control: To store the settings, same operation as of the stand alone
single device.
c. Direct Control Operation: Follow the setting from the host control, same
operation as of the stand alone single device.
d. Standby Mode: Can be set to enter into either operation mode from Standby
mode.
2. ON/OFF Control Operation
a. When changing the operation Mode all the un-saved data will be lost. All the
channels which are at power ON status will be switched to OFF. The operation
will be ended similar to the procedure for the stand alone single device.
b. Do not try to enter into Memory Setting Mode when the device does not in
Standby Mode. If it is needed to operate in constant sequence it is suggested
to use Memory Control operation instructions.
c. Accuracy of the sequence operation is less than 200ms. Suggest to operate in
Direct Control Mode.
d. When operate the device manually, it is suggested to operate the device follow
the Simple Control instructions.
Simple Operation check of the indications
1. When setting the Preset-number of the device which is being controlled only
one channel’s LED will be lit also Group1 to 3 LEDs will scrolling in turns to lit.
2. Before the host control PC connection has not been established the AC-
OUTLET indicator will not lit.

Notes:
1. If any data error in a frame is detected, the whole frame package should be resent.
You can start with SYNC for framing sync checking.
2. Successfully obtaining a response does not necessary mean the operation is
completed, especially for the memory accessing operation which requires extra time for
verification.
3. Bit setting 1 and 0 represents ON and OFF respectively. During setting mode, only
setting 1 takes effect, so always initial (INIT) all values to 0 before new change.
4. RS-232 parameter setting are: Baud Rate = 9600; Data Bits = 8; Parity = N; Stop Bit
=1
5. Max cable length: 10m; cascaded cable length: 100m; Control Program on PC side
must accommodate various cable length (and cable quality) and propagation delay. The
max. propagation delay for data frame is 100ms in default.
RS-232 simple control flow,
1. have a device ID set
2. send out a DCT command to startup an simple control mode
3. send out OTG command and parameters for individual switch ON/OFF control
4. Send out OFF command to complete the simple control mode
5. go to item 2 for another simple control mode startup
