LifeSource Water Systems’ obligation to the customer under these warranties
shall be limited, at its discretion, to replacement or repair of items covered by
these warranties. Prior to return or repair of covered items, a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number must first be obtained. This can be done by
contacting LifeSource Water Systems prior to shipping the product. It is
advised you return the package either in its original packaging material or in
a comparable and suitable packaging material. Once the product is returned
prepaid and has been evaluated by LifeSource Water Systems, and it proves
to be defective while under warranty, LifeSource Water Systems will, at its
discretion, either repair or replace the defective product and/or part and will
ship at lowest cost shipping prepaid to you. If, however, upon inspection, it is
determined that there is no defect, or that the damages to the product or
part resulted from causes that are not within the scope of the warranty,
then the customer must bear the cost of repair or replacement of damaged
product and return freight charges. Any attempt by the user to repair
LifeSource Water Systems products without consent from LifeSource,
shall void any and all warranties.
LifeSource Water Systems, Inc. makes every effort to ensure that its products
meet high quality and durability standards. LifeSource warrants the products
it manufactures against defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this time LifeSource Water
Systems will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective parts covered
by the warranty. LifeSource will process your claim and advise whether the
defective item needs to be returned for failure analysis.
