This device will enable you to have complete control over your home's heating system using a smartphone or tablet app. The TYDOM gateway app comes with pre-installed scenarios that you can choose from, such as turning on the heating when you leave the house or when you return home. The app also allows you to create custom scenarios and modify existing ones to suit your needs.

The TYDOM gateway is compatible with a wide range of heating systems, including gas, oil, electric, and heat pumps. The Tybox thermostat can be used to control the temperature of a single room, while the TYDOM gateway can be used to control multiple thermostats and manage the temperature throughout your home.

1/ LOCATION 2/ CONNECTION
Since the temperature measurement sensor is inside the box, you must install the
thermostat  ush-moun ng box:
- on an accessible wall at a height of 1.50 m
- away from heat sources ( replaces, sunlight) and draughts (windows, doors)
IMPORTANT: Do not install the thermostat on a wall in contact with the outdoors
or with an unheated room (e.g. garage, etc.) The sleeve output in the  ush-
moun ng box must be blanked o (with mas c) in order to avoid unwanted air
movements that could bias the sensor reading.

accessories required by standards are not illustrated. - Standard NF C15-100
and good prac ce must be complied with. Connected or nearby units must not
generate excessive interference (direc ve 89/336/EEC).

2.2 Control of the thermostat input of the boiler or heat pump (HP) no-reversible

2/ CONNECTION
❶ Remove the terminal, on the back of the device, using a screwdriver.
❷ Connect the terminal to the control wire (circulator, boiler or heat pump
thermostat input).
❸ Fit the terminal back into its posi on.
3/ MOUNTING
❶ Remove the thermostat cover by pushing the pin using a screwdriver.
❷ A ach the base by using suitable  xings for moun ng. Fit the cover back onto
the thermostat.
❸ Insert the ba eries, with the right polarity

4/ INSTALLATION
Connect your TYDOM 1.0 depending on your installaon.
TYDOM 1.0 must be installed near your ADSL box line.
❶ Connect TYDOM 1.0 to the box with the Ethernet cable.
❷ Connect TYDOM 1.0 to the mains power supply.
❸ Download the TYDOM applicaon
- Depending on your unit: Login to Google play or App Store
- Search for and download the free 'TYDOM' applicaon
❹ Congure the TYDOM applicaon
- Note down the last 6 characters of the MAC address of your TYDOM 1.0.
- Open the TYDOM applicaon ensuring you are connected to the local network
via WIFI, then follow the on-screen instrucons.

6/ CONFIGURATION
This menu is used to determine all the sengs adapted to your installaon.
❶To enter conguraon mode, press the MODE buon for 10 seconds unl the
screen displays CF01.
❷Press + or - to set.
❸Briey press MODE to go to the next menu.
Press MODE or wait 5 seconds to exit.
CF01 - Correcng the temperature measured
Seng from -5°C to +5°C
Example: If the temperature displayed by the unit is 15°C and the actual
temperature (thermometer) is 16°C, set +1°C.
CF02 - Sengs lock
0 No locking (default seng)
1 Total locking
2 Paral locking. Modicaon of the temperature seng at +/-2°C
The screen will display ‘____’ if it is locked
To unlock (selecon 1 and 2), simultaneously press + or - the buons for 10
seconds.
CF04 - Frost protecon mode temperature seng
Seng of 5°C to 15°C. Default value: 10°C.
CF05 - Type of temperature displayed in AUTO mode
0 Temperature seng display (default selecon)
1 Display of the measured room temperature.
1: Pressing the + or - buon once displays and sets the temperature seng (in ON
mode).
CF06 - Regulaon me base

if you want to lock the device again, refer to the con gura on menu (CF02).

CF09 - Reversal of relay direc on
The relay contact is normally open. It closes during a hea ng request. You can
reverse the direc on of opera on.

This menu resets all the CF01 to CF09 se ngs to their default value.
By default CF10 = 0.
To reset, press + to display 1 and con rm by pressing MODE.
Associa on with a door/window magne c contact
(DO / MDO / DOI TYXAL+)
If a door/window magne c contact (e.g. window) is associated with the TYBOX
5000, the hea ng switches to Frost Protec on mode when an open window is
detected.
❶ Press the + and MODE bu ons simultaneously un l the screen shows
for example rF00.
❷ On the door/window magne c contact, press the bu on.
❸ Check that the screen evolved and shows rF01 on TYBOX 5000.
