Troubleshooting
My speaker is not connecting
I bought two speakers and only one is connecting to the device
In order to get stereo sound you must pair the speakers with each other prior pairing them to your device. If
you paired your speaker to your device prior pairing them to each other, follow these instructions to resolve the
issue:
1. Find the paired speaker AK3 in your device list and remove it. Some devices to remove it you need to
click on the name and selected "Unpair", "Remove", "Forget" or anything similar that will unpair your
device.
2. Turn off both speakers and turn them back on again and place them next to each other until they are
paired as explained on Connecting Two Speakers for Stereo Sound
3. Once they are connected you can pair them to your device again.
4. Note: Don't pair your speakers to your device until they connect to each other. If the speakers don't
connect automatically, turn them off again and turn them back on and press the power button 1 twice
on any of the speakers. This will reset the pairing mode.
Tips: Turning off the MASTER speaker will automatically turn off the Slave speaker. The Master speaker is the
speaker that has the blinking LED indicator 3
