aosbath DAE3j0GdJ4w User manual

  • Hello! I've reviewed the user manual for the AOSmith HPW Heat Pump Water Heater. This manual outlines how to use the device, including its efficiency and hybrid modes, temperature settings, and features like the AES and MAX functions. I'm ready to answer any questions you have about this product.
  • Can I leave the heat pump on all day?
When should I turn off the heat pump?
How long does it take for a heat pump to heat up?
When should I use the instant function?

MAX
Unlike regular water heaters which must be switched off after use, you can leave the heat pump on the whole day in efficiency mode. It is a fully automated
system which will go into energy saving mode when not in use.
Turn off the heat pump when you are going on vacation for more than 3 days.
A heat pump takes longer to heat up than a regular heater (2.5 hours), but consumes much less energy overall.
Heat pumps work as long as the ambient temperature does not drop below 15°C.
