NEVER use hands to hold meat - ALWAYS use the push surface.
•NEVER attempt to modify this product or subject it to a use for which it was not designed; to cut and
process meat. Doing so may result in damage and/or serious injury.
•ALWAYS keep children and bystanders away from the work area while assembling, installing, and using
this product.
•WARNING: Not intended for use by children. Do not leave children unattended when this product is in
use.
•ALWAYS wear appropriate safety gear such as ANSI-approved safety goggles, ear protection and heavy-
duty, cut-resistant work gloves when assembling and using this product. This applies to all persons in
the work area.
