Mig Runner XL Cart
1. Safety Symbol Definitions
Warning! Watch Out! There are possible hazards as
shown in the adjoining symbols.
Wear safety glasses with side shields.
Cylinders contain gas under high pressure and can ex-
plode if damaged. Never let a welding electrode touch
any cylinder. Always secure cylinder to running gear, wall,
or other stationary support.
Beware of electric shock from wiring. Disconnect input
power before installing this kit. Reinstall all panels and
covers.
Trailers
Falling equipment can cause serious personal injury and
equipment damage. Use lifting eye to lift unit only, not
trailer, gas cylinders, or any other accessories. Use
equipment of adequate capacity to lift unit or parts such
as engine or generator.
Running Gear
Falling equipment can cause injury and damage, over-
sized cylinder can cause tipping. Properly install and se-
cure all equipment onto cart before using cart. Always
secure or remove any tools stored on cart before moving
unit. Do not lift cart in any manner when equipment and
cylinder(s) are installed − use handles to move cart. Do
not overload handles with cables − use standard 10 to 15
foot cables as maximum lengths.
Tipping equipment can cause injury and damage
equipment. Do not move cart where two wheels are at
different heights and cart could tip − avoid tipping. Be
careful when moving unit over uneven surfaces.

1 Handles
Remove the two lag bolts that are
holding the handles in place.
Install handles with the rubber grips
pointing downward and outward as
shown using supplied 3/8−16 nuts
and bolts.
2 Cylinder Chain
Install the cylinder chain to the
bottle mounting bracket as shown.
3 Lag Bolts
Remove the remaining lag bolts
from the skid, slide the cart forward,
remove front skid support. Roll cart
off skid.

al for the individual unit.
1 Power Source
Mount the power source to the
cart as shown using the 4 sup-
plied 3/8−16 nuts and bolts.
. If cooler is not used, the power
source may be mounted with
the front of the machine facing
the same direction as the wire-
feeder.
2 Cooler
Mount cooler to the cart bottle pan
with the existing hardware on the
cooler.
3 Cooler Bracket
Mount cooler bracket to the front of
the cooler with the existing hard-
ware, then mount to the cart with the
supplied 1/4−20 nuts and bolts.
Y Ensure that all components
are securely fastened to the
cart before moving.
. The bottom shelf of the
Mig Runner cart is de-
signed to fit the Cool-
mate 3 water cooler.

1 Power Source
Mount the power source to the
cart as shown using the 4 sup-
plied 3/8−16 nuts and bolts.

. On systems with coolers,
mount cooler to power source
prior to mounting to cart.
Mounting cooler to power
source.
Remove cover of power source.
Remove handles from cover and
save hardware. Install front and
rear mounting brackets to cooler
with existing hardware. Install
cooler and brackets to cover of
power source with existing handle
hardware. Reinstall cover to pow-
er source.
Y Ensure that all components
are securely fastened to the
cart before moving.
. The bottom shelf of the
Mig Runner cart is de-
signed to fit the Cool-
mate 3 water cooler.

1 Wire Feeder
2 Stand Off Supports
Install the stand off supports to the
top of the cart in the hole pattern that
matches the feeder with the sup-
plied 10−24 screws. Attach the
feeder to the stand off supports us-
ing the supplied 10−24 screws.
Y Ensure that all components
are securely fastened to the
cart before moving.
