Headphones:
Preventing hearing damage.
Avoid using earphones at high volume. Hearing experts advise against continuous loud and
extended play. If you experience a ringing in your ears, reduce the volume or disconnect it.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
DC Battery Supply
Open the battery compartment and insert as indicated in the compartment two batteries, type
LR03, UM4 or AAA size batteries. .
Radio
1. Select the wave band using RADIO BAND SELECTOR.
2. Adjust the sound with the controls VOLUME.
3. You may connect your stereo earphones jack to the 3.5mm jack input.
4. Tune to a radio station using the TUNING knob.
To improve reception:
- For FM, Extend the earphones cord fully. The earphone cable will act as the antenna.
- For AM, the unit is provided with a built-in aerial. Rotate the unit for optimum reception. .
Note:
When the sound is low, or gets distorted, replace the batteries with new ones.
To avoid battery leakage, remove the batteries form the compartment if not used for a long time.
CLEANING
Clean the cabinet with a soft cloth moistened with water or mild detergent. Do not use solvents
such as alcohol, benzene or thinner, as they may damage the cabinet finish. Make sure to
disconnect the mains lead from the supply before cleaning.
