Montagehinweise
Halten Sie den minimal zulässigen Biegeradius von 70 mm ein, wenn Sie das Anschlusskabel verlegen!
Für einen zuverlässigen Betrieb müssen Sie die dem Sensor beiliegende Montagehalterung verwenden!
Einstellmöglichkeiten
Der Sensor ist mit 1 Analogausgang mit 2 programmierbaren Grenzen ausgestattet. Die Programmierung der Grenzen und des Ausgangsmodus
erfolgt über den Lerneingang des Sensors.

Note
The ultrasonic sensor features an analogue output with two teachable evaluation limits. These are set by applying the supply voltage L- or L+ to
the teach-in input. The supply voltage must be applied to the teach-in input for at least 1 s. The evaluation limit A1 is taught with L-, A2 with L+.
Two dierent output modes can be set:
Analog value increases with rising distance to object (rising ramp)
Analog value falls with rising distance to object (falling ramp)
Teach-in rising ramp (A2 > A1)
1. Position the target object at the near evaluation limit.
2. Connect the teach-in input for > 1s with L- for the near limit A1.
3. Disconnect the teach-in input.
4. Position the target object at the far evaluation limit.
5. Connect the teach-in input for > 1s with L+ for the far limit A2.
6. Disconnect the teach-in input.
Teach-in falling ramp (A1 > A2)
1. Position the target object at the near evaluation limit.
2. Connect the teach-in input for > 1s with L+ for the near limit A2.
3. Disconnect the teach-in input.
4. Position the target object at the far evaluation limit.
5. Connect the teach-in input for > 1s with L- for the far limit A1.
6. Disconnect the teach-in input.
Hinweis
Der Ultraschallsensor verfügt über einen Analogausgang mit zwei einlernbaren Auswertegrenzen. Diese werden durch Anlegen der Versor-
gungsspannung L- bzw. L+ an den Lerneingang eingestellt. Die Versorgungsspannung muss mindestens 1 s am Lerneingang anliegen. Mit L-
wird die Auswertegrenze A1 und mit L+ die Auswertegrenze A2 eingelernt.
Zwei verschiedene Ausgangsmodi sind einstellbar:
Analogwert steigt mit zunehmendem Objektabstand (steigende Rampe)
Analogwert sinkt mit zunehmendem Objektabstand (fallende Rampe)
Einlernen der steigenden Rampe (A2 > A1)
1. Positionieren Sie das Zielobjekt an der nahen Auswertegrenze .
2. Verbinden Sie den Lerneingang für > 1 s mit L- für die nahe Grenze A1.
3. Trennen Sie den Lerneingang ab.
4. Positionieren Sie das Zielobjekt an der ferne Auswertegrenze .
5. Verbinden Sie den Lerneingang für > 1 s mit L+ für die ferne Grenze A2.
6. Trennen Sie den Lerneingang ab.
Einlernen der fallenden Rampe (A1 > A2)
1. Positionieren Sie das Zielobjekt an der nahen Auswertegrenze .
2. Verbinden Sie den Lerneingang für > 1 s mit L+ für die nahe Grenze A2.
3. Trennen Sie den Lerneingang ab.
4. Positionieren Sie das Zielobjekt an der fernen Auswertegrenze .
5. Verbinden Sie den Lerneingang für > 1 s mit L- für die ferne Grenze A1.
6. Trennen Sie den Lerneingang ab.
