1.App Download, installation & system setup
1.1 App Download & Installation
GoPlay is an App controlled smart wireless recorder, which allows you to record audio, shoot video and
editing video etc. Please visit our website: www.1gospace.com or scan the QR code below to download
the APP. Search keyword “YIGO” or “GoPlay” on app store.

1.2 System setup
Please make sure the blue-tooth of your mobile phone has been turned on all the time.
Push the power button more than 3 seconds to turn on GoPlay and open the App, it will automatically
try to connect in background. Please DO NOT connect GoPlay through your system bluetooth setting
of your phone.
For iOS system ,there will be several pop-up permission requests to authorize GoPlay app to access
various functions of your phone. Please allow them enable normal operation.

In order to get better audio quality, please keep the distance of GoPlay and the source of audio within
ONE meter.

2.4 Battery Charging
1) Charging Device
a. Device has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery; it is recommended to fully charge it
before using for the first time.
b. When charging, must make sure the contacts at the base of the device are aligned with the
base contact pins, when the charging light is on the device starts charging.
c. When the charging is complete, the light will turn off.
d. Caution: Do not use the device while charging the device unit.
2) Charging Dock station
a. Dock station has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, when it is charged, it can provide the
device with mobile charging function. It is not recommended to charge both the dock station
and the device unit at the same time.
b. The dock station battery is charged using a standard Micro USB charger. When the power is
connected, blue light will come on, when it is fully charged, blue light will go off
automatically.

3.1 App Main Interface
App has four interfaces- “Look”, “Shoot”, “Edit” and “Me”

3.2 Registration
Go to the “Register” Page, enter the information requested then press Ok. You will go to the App main
interface.
➢GoPlay’s MAC add is the only ID. One ID can be used by multiple users.
➢User needs to register through phone No., email add or Facebook etc. Please leave
correct email address in case you need recover or reset your password in the future.
➢Register need to agree the APP usage agreement.

3.3 Log In
➢Please Use your account name and password to Login. If you try to use the app without
register or login, it’ll skip to Login or register page.
➢If password has been forgotten, please click “Forget password” to reset.
➢For change the password, please go to “Me”- “Setup”- “Change password”

3.4 GoPlay activation
You will need do one-time activation process of your new GoPlay device. Please scan the Bar
code on the bottom of Dock Station. Then the Equipment will be activated. Each Bar code can only
activate one device.
➢Please log-in first to do device activation. This procedure only pop-up once for first time
connection.
3.5 Shooting Module
1) Auto connection with GoPlay
Enter the App with your phone blue-tooth turned on, app will try to connect nearby GoPlay device
automatically. Usually, it will take less than 10 seconds to connect. You can check device information

like firmware version, battery level of device after successfully connected. You need to connect
device first to start recording.
You can manually trigger an search & connection process by tap grey round icon on upper left
corner.

Picture 6 shows device

Or disconnected the current one
and “Refresh the connection” to
switch to another device.

2 ) Audio Recording
1.Device Status Bar：
● Bluetooth connection
● GoPlay battery level
● Check the device information and
disconnect, find device
2.Take a photo as cover for the recording.
Each file will use latest photo as cover.

3 ) Video Recording
1.This shows the connection status of
device, Green means connected
successfully, Gray means not connected.
Starting manually another Bluetooth
connecting process by tap icon. After
connected, click here you to check
device’s information including: Firmware
Version, Device Name and Barry level

3.6 “Edit” Module
1)GoPlay audio retrieving
After recording then go to “Edit” interface, you will see all audio and video files listed by time
stamp. Each file has a Red “Not Retrieve” mark on its right upper side. Also there is Pop-up window to
remind you that you have un-retrieved files，which mean you need transfer recorded audio from GoPlay
memory to your phone. Please keep GoPlay within 1 meter with your phone for stable transferring speed
Android system will retrieve the audio files from GoPlay automatically. For iPhone, due to systems
restriction, please manually connect Wi-Fi started from GoP- then the audio files will be retrieved.
User profile photo, Nick Name, Time of file been
taken
Click here, you can choice “Delete” file or “Cancel”
the action.
Audio file. If you didn’t take picture as cover for this
audio file, then the recorder icon will be used.
“Retrieved” on the upper left side means the file has
been retrieved successfully. “Not Retrieve” means
audio file has not been retrieved yet.
File name, click to modify. Allow 4-25 characters.
Both audio and video file’s name can be changed.
Video file, the cover will be the first frame of the
video. All other functions are same as for Audio file.

2) Auto import related photo & video during recording to your project.
Choice one audio file， show as below. App will auto scan and import related video and photo from
your system album which has been taken by your phone during audio recording period and list by time
consequence. There is no time stamp for photos.
Notes:
a. The exported audio refer to audio recorded by using GoPlay.
b. No need to manually import. App will auto scan the video and photo which has been taken by
smart phone during audio recording period only and list by time stamp.
Export the retrieved audio, can be exported to
WhatsApp or Dropbox.
Click to control “play” or “pause” the audio.
Slider can adjust the audio progress manually.
“Text” --paid function. There will be a
reminder ask if you want the audio to be
transcript to text. If choice yes, the whole part
of audio will be transcribed. If auto transcript
function is set on ( in the “Me” section of your
app),transcription will be auto started.
Photos taken during the audio recording
period. The photos can be checked, enlarged
and deleted
Videos taken during the audio recording
period. The time stamp on the left side is when
the video begins.
Imported video files. The cover is the first
frame of the video. Click on the video can edit
it.

3) Video editing (Cutting and Subtitle)
There are two types of video: 1. Imported video taken by smartphone; 2. Video made by APP video
shooting mode. You can edit length of any video, and you can add subtitle into your video if you have
done transcription already. Right now
supported Languages are UK English, US English, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese,
Japanese, Arabic and Spanish.
Click to control “play” or “pause” the audio.
Slider can adjust the audio progress
manually.
Click to Full screen
Adjust the area and size of text according to
Screen size of the smart phone.
Click to choice “cutting” or “Transcript”
function. Video cutting function is to adjust
the start and end point of video.
Area of text, will show the text after
transcription. Click the text to proofread.
Click “Generate”, if audio has been
transcribed, a short movie with subtitle will be
generated. If audio hasn’t been transcribed,
only a video with be generated

Click to control “play” or “pause” the audio.

After transcription, it will show the subtitle
Adjusting start & end time in these two lines,
once satisfied, click scissor icon to edit. Tap
centered movie icon for previewing, once ok,
click exit icon to do final trimming. Move the
yellow arrow to adjust 1MS each time.
If satisfied with the edited video, click to go
back.
