How to Replace the Presser Foot Driving Cam
Set the presser foot
4mm T-wrench

1.Remove the Top Shaft Cover
1) Change the color to the last needle bar to secure
2) Remove the top shaft cover.
the sufficient space for the following steps.
and then use 3mm T-wrench to remove the head from the arm.

1)Use a (-) driver to remove the arm protection
plate.
2)Use a (+) driver to remove the arm side cover B.
Refer to Picture 3

1)On the menu of OP Box, select "TOOL"
→ "PF UP/DOWN" in order to down the presser foot.
2) Set the angle plate to 150 degrees.

3) Insert the presser foot cam JIG pin in order of
the presser foot cam collar, the presser foot
driving cam base and the take-up driving cam base.
Refer to Picture 5

4) Adhere the presser foot driving cam to the side
of take-up driving cam. And then use a 4mm
T-wrench to assemble it

3. Remove the Arm Protection Plate & the Side Cover
4. Set the Presser Foot Driving Cam

Caution
) At this time, check that the cutting
part of presser foot driving cam collar matches
with the cutting part of presser foot driving
cam.

5) Set the angle plate to 100 degrees. And then turn
the presser foot driving pin pulley to check that
presser foot reciprocator set smoothly moves up
and down.

6)On the menu of OP Box, select "TOOL"
→ "PF UP/DOWN" in order to up the presser foot.

1) Assemble them in reverse of disassembly.

7.Assemble the Top Shaft Cover
Caution
) If the setting of the presser foot
driving cam is bad, the balance of machine is
broken and then the shaking may extremely occur.
So, the correct setting is needed.
