Installing the laser window (fi g. B1 & B2)
• Loosen the screws (6) and remove them. Retain
the screws for the installing of the laser head.
• Remove the cover (7).
• Slide the laser window (5) into the exposed
recessed area. Make sure that the notch (8) is
facing up.
• Fit the laser window (5) using the screws (9).
Installing the laser head (fi g. C1 & C2)
• Loosen the screws (10) and remove them using
the hex key provided. Remove the cover (11).
• Fit the laser head (3) to the saw arm (12) using
the screws (6).
• Do not yet refi t the cover (11).
Installing the switch box (fi g. A & D1–D4)
WARNING: Make sure that the power
tool is unplugged.
• Loosen the screws (13) and remove them.
• Take off the cover (14).
• Attach the connector (15) from the laser unit to
the connector (16) of the switch box.
• Take the connector (17) out of the cavity (18).
• Attach the connector (19) from the switch box to
the connector (17) of the internal wiring.
• Carefully place the connectors into the provided
area.
• Fit the switch box (2) to the saw arm (12) using
the screws (13).
Adjusting the laser head (fi g. A, E1–E7, G)
• Adjust the saw head for a vertical crosscut.
• Remove the cover (11) if fi tted.
• Switch on the laser.
• Perform the adjustments as described below in
order to achieve correct alignment of the laser line.
• Repeat these adjustments as necessary until the
laser line is correctly aligned.
• Switch off the laser.
• Refi t the cover (11) using the screws (6). Make
sure the notch (14) is located over the cable (15).
• Place the hex key (4) in the storage for future
adjustment.
• Insert the trigger lock (22) into the padlock hole
of the trigger switch (24). Push the trigger lock
(22) until it snaps into place.
Adjustment perpendicular to the fence ( g. E2 & E3)
• Pull down the head until the blade just enters the
saw kerf (19).
• Place a set square (20) on the table and up against
the blade (21).
WARNING: Do not touch the tips of the
blade teeth with the square.
• Using the hex key (4), turn the adjustment screw
(16) as necessary to align the laser line with the
edge of the square.
Adjustment parallel to the blade ( g. E4 & E5)
• Raise the saw head into its upper rest position.
• Place a set square (20) on the table and up
against the kerf (19), aligning the edge of the
square with the laser line.
• Pull down the head and observe the laser line.
WARNING: Do not touch the tips of the
blade teeth with the square.
• If the line moves, turn the adjustment screw (17)
as necessary to align the laser line with the edge
of the square.
Aligning the laser line ( g. E6 & E7)
• Pull down the head until the blade just enters the
saw kerf (19).
• Place a set square (20) on the table and up
against the blade (21).
WARNING: Do not touch the tips of the
blade teeth with the square.
• Turn the adjustment screw (18) as necessary to
align the laser line with the left edge of the blade.

WARNING: Always observe the safety
instructions and applicable regulations.
• Make sure the attachment has been set up
securely.
• Extreme temperature changes cause movement
of internal parts that may affect the accuracy of
the attachment. Regularly check the accuracy while
using the attachment under these circumstances.

power tool.
