GENERAL
This specication lists the standard and optional features of Town electronically controlled 25 cup and 37 cup and 55 cup
commercial electric rice cookers. The units are manufactured in the United States and have a TWO YEAR Limited Warranty,
starting from our invoice date. Units work on either 120 Volts or 230 volts AC only. These rugged, eld tested units feature
an electronic control board and sensor to replace manual switches. This control system cooks better quality rice and is very
dependable. The boards are designed by one of the foremost control companies in the world, exclusively for Town Food
Service. All controls are on a touch pad. Town electronic rice cookers are the only units that have an On/Off touch switch
with power indicator. Units are listed with ETL and NSF.
