SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY
The machine has been designed and built for trouble-free use over several years. However, if any
malfunction occurs during the warranty period, FIORENTINI S.p.A. undertakes to repair or replace free of
charge any parts revealing damage or premature wear due to faulty materials, factory defects or incorrect
assembly. The warranty does not cover any parts with damage or premature wear due to:
failure to observe the instructions contained in this manual;
tampering or alterations made without FIORENTINI’s specific approval;
use of non-original spare parts;
worn replacement parts, such as brushes, squeegee blades etc.
For installed electrical parts and commercially available parts, FIORENTINI S.r.l. extends to purchasers the
same warranty terms granted to FIORENTINI itself by the suppliers of the parts.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty is valid for 12 months, starting from the machine delivery date. This is a fixed warranty term
and may not be extended due to replacements or repairs carried out during the warranty period.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover materials and components subject to normal wear (brushes, squeegee blades
etc.) and those whose working life cannot be determined beforehand.
WARRANTY APPLICATION TERMS
Defective components must be returned to FIORENTINI S.p.a. in order to establish the causes of any
defects discovered and determine warranty applicability. Repairs and replacement under warranty will be
carried out on FIORENTINI’s premises, by third parties or on the customer's premises. For services carried
out on the customer premises, power sources and any special equipment necessary for the repairs will have
to be provided by the customer.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Written approval must be obtained from FIORENTINI's Technical Support office before returning parts for
replacement or repair under warranty.
