Maintain a comfortable pace.
Tomaintain balance, it is recommended to keep a grip on the handlebars while exercising, mounting or
dismounting the machine.
Do not wear clothes that might catch on any part of the bike.
Do not insert or drop any object into any opening.
Unplug bike before moving or cleaning it. Toclean, wipe surfaces down with soap and slightly damp cloth

Thisbike should not be used bypersons weighing more than 275 pounds (RC-30) or 300 pounds (RC-40).

Adjust the2 rearlevelerssothat thebikeis levelon the floor.Thenadjust thethird levelerlocated
undertheBASEFRAMETUBEjust soit is snug with thefloor.
POWER
Yourbikeis poweredbya powersupply.Thepowermust bepluggedinto thepowerjack, whichis locatedin
thefront of the RC-30/ RC-40neartheSTABILIZERTUBE.Theyalsohavean on/offswitch locatedonthe back
of theconsole.
Donotoperate the bikeif thepower cordor plugisdamaged.
MOVING
Yourbikehasa pair of transport wheelsbuilt into
theFRONTSTABILIZERTUBE.Tomove,first remove
thepowersupplyand firmly grasp the handleon
therearstabilizer tube carefully tilt and roll
ADJUSTINGTHESEAT
Toadjust the seatturn thehandleup into its middle positionmaking thehandlefeel loose.Then,slide the
seatto aposition that puts youin a comfortablepedaling range(onethat keepsa slight bendin yourknee
whileyour legsare inthe extendedposition).Lockthe mechanismbyrotating it downuntil handletightens.
NOTE:It is recommendedthat youdonot sit onthe seat whileadjusting its position.
