What is the difference
between Chinese and
International version?
International version is different from following perspectives:
1. Our international version supports 13 country languages.
2. The software is dedicatedly
designed and customized for global
users, it supports many types of APK including Youtube, Facebook,
Hulu, etc.
3. JMGO's projectors are with universal input voltage
（
100V-240V), you can use it anywhere without a transformer.
Do I need to buy screen?
No, you don't need to buy a screen, you can directly project it to
a white plain wall.
The format of our screen is 16:9 which is the golden standard in
the industry, so we also recommend a screen
for a better watching experience
How to adjust the size of
image?
Yes, you can adjust the size of image as following instruction :
1. Setting → Image → turn off the "Auto Keystone Correction" →
adjust "manual" by "-" or "+" of JMGO remote control
For JMGO N7, There are 2 methods for you:
1. Setting-> Image-> Digital Zooming.
2. Press the "JMGO" key
and shift to choose "Digital Zoom"
to shift the size of your screen.
Lifespan
The lifespan for our LED source is about 30000 hours, you can use it
about 10 years with 8 hours per day.

3D Function
Does JMGO have 3D
function?
Yes!
All JMGO products are 3D projectors.
Note that 2D to 3D, 3D to 2D are all supported.
About 3D technology
We adapted the Shutter glass type instead of Film
-
type patterned
retarder.
In the meantime, we suggest you purchase 3D glasses for better
3D experience since it is active 3D.
How to achieve 3D effect?
Please follow instruction:
Play the 3D movie → Press the "

→ shift right/ left to find out the 3D mode
Bluetooth
How can I use JMGO
as a Bluetooth speaker?

Stand-
by Bluetooth mode)
For JMGO N7/N7L/J6S:
1. Plug the power into the projector, no need to turn on the
projector (the power button indicator light is red)
2. Turn on your phone Bluetooth
3. Search "
Jmgo_xx
" and connect, you will hear "Dingdong", the
power button indicator light is blue. At the time, the projector
becomes a wireless Bluetooth speaker, you can use it with the
music player on your phone.
Please
note that phone volume keys can be used to control the
volume of the projector.
For JMGO P2/P3:
1. Long press the power button for 2-3 second until the blue
indicator light flashes, and the projector's Bluetooth is on
2. Turn on your phone Bluetooth, search "JM GO" and connect.
If
the Bluetooth is successfully connected, you will hear "d-d-d-
d"
sounds and the indicator on the projector keeps on.
3. Press the power button again for 1 second, the Bluetooth will
be closed.
How can I connect external
sound system through
Bluetooth?
JMGO projector supports Bluetooth 4.0 and above.

How can I connect my
external
sound system
with JMGO projector
？
1. Your device: place the Bluetooth into discoverable mode.
2. Your JMGO: Main page ---> "Setting"--->"Bluetooth", then
connect Bluetooth of your device
Please note that G1/G1S/A6 do not support this function

Connection
Does JMGO work with
other external devices?
Yes, JMGO projectors come with HDMI and USB port for external
devices connection, like hard drives, laptops, TV boxes, PS4, Xbox,
etc.
How to mirror
the screen of my device?
1.
Make
sure that your device and JMGO products both are on the
same Wi-Fi network.
2. For iOS (Apple device) : Open control center, and tap
"Screen mirroring"
3. Android: Please download mirroring application from the
Appstore of mobile phone. Launch the App, then you can
connect to JMGO projector from "connectable device".
For the mirroring application, we suggest using
HappyCast or AirScreen.
Please note that the Android system version of the mobile phone
must be higher than 5.0.
Correction
/Focusing
Auto/manual
correction
JMGO products supports auto correction for vertical direction, and
manual correction for horizontal direction
How to use
auto-focus?
The auto focus function will work when you
a. power on the projector
b. move the projector leftward/rightward till the function is triggered
c. long press the "JMGO" key in remote control
How to use
manual focus?
Press "Focus -" or "Focus +" key of the
remote control to focusing until you get a clear image.
Why do I have to adjust
focus and keystone when
turning on
The screen may be burry or foggy when you just turn on the
projector, since its key part (optical engine) is made of resin and
glass materials.
Due to its own physical characteristics (thermal
expansion/contraction), you should adjust on your own, or wait for
10-20 minutes till the projector heats up.

Remote
How to remote?
The projector is equipped with a JMGO remote control .
You can also download "Fun Control" application designed for JMGO
projector into you mobile phone.
About "Fun Control"
application
1. You can download "Fun Control" from your mobile phone Appstore
or, you can also find from our website -- en.jmgo.com
2. Make sure that your mobile phone and JMGO projector both are on
the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Launch "Fun Control", then the projector will automatically discover
the application

Firmware upgrade
A. Online
Upgrade:
JMGO main page → Setting
→ System Upgrade → Upgrade online
Note that "No new firmware found!" pop

up means your firmware is the
latest version
B. Local Upgrade
1. Prepare for a USB in FAT32 format .
2. Visit en.jmgo.com on computer
3. Click "Resources Download" on the bottom of page
4. Choose the firmware of your projector, download, and save
"update_jmgo.zip" into your USB.
5. Insert the USB into projector:
JMGO main page → Setting
→ System Upgrade → Local upgrade
6. The projector will automatically power off and on during the whole
process, please do not turn off your projector.
Factory reset
Please follow the instructions below for factory reset:
JMGO main page → Setting → Return to factory
Please note that:
do
back up before "Factory reset" since it will erase
all of your data

Trouble
Shooting
My projector is
turning off by itself,
what should I do?
It may be caused by depleted battery or adaptor.
We suggest you try with another power cable or change the adaptor.
If it still has problem,

I saw a dead pixel,
what should I do?

My projector
does not turn on,
what should I do?
1. Battery or adaptor: please check if its battery is depleted.
We
also suggest you try with another power cable connected to the
adaptor
2. Fan: please check if the fan is properly working
(you can hear the cooling fan sound)
3. Light: please check if the light on the projector is on
4. Video: please check if you get audio but no video
After all these initial inspection,

My projector is
overheated,
what should I do?
1. Remove anything blocking the wind outlet
2. Please check if the fan is properly working
3. Please check if it overheats within several seconds

I can't use YouTube,
what should I do?
Instead of YouTube, we suggest download "Smart YouTube TV" app
from Aptoide TV.
