Chasseur has been manufacturing superior quality enameled cast iron cookware in France since
1924. The range consists of Bakers, Grill pans, Fry pans, Griddles, Skillets, Saucepans and French
ovens and Braziers.
Cast Iron cookware is preferred by chefs for all types of cooking including slow cooking and
searing. It can be used on a stove top and in an oven. It distributes heat evenly and retains heat
to keep food hot. The enamel is impermeable. It is dishwasher safe and easy to keep clean.

Cooking Tips
1. Use for grilling, searing, stir fry, boiling, casserole, frying, sautéing and baking,
2. Only use wood or silicone utensils.
3. Non wood handles and knobs are oven safe but must be handled with oven gloves.
4. Wash and dry the pan before use for the first time.
5. The heat source must not be larger than the base of the pan.
6. Use medium or low heat and allow the pan to heat thoroughly before use.
7. Once heated, cooking can proceed using low heat.
8. Enameled surfaces it is important to cover the surface with oil or liquid before heating
and make sure it does not dry out.
9. Grills must be preheated before adding oil or food. Ensure it is hot enough by testing
with drops of water which should sizzle.
