for a specific function. Do not modify or alter this tool or
use it for an unintended purpose.

environment to avoid personal injury or damage to tool.
4. Do not operate any tool when tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medications.
5. Lock tools away and keep out of the reach of children.
6. Do not exceed the cart, shelf or drawer weight capacity.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing.
Replace the missing part before operating. Failure to do
so could result in a malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and
inspect for damage. Make sure that all items in the parts list
are included.
A S S E M B LY/ INSTALLATION
1. Attach the posts (#8) to the bottom and middle shelves
(#13). Each post has a bottom plate for the casters. Insert
a 10 mm machine screw (#38) through the single bolt
holes in the posts and shelves. Secure with a 10 mm
acorn nut (#7).
2. Attach the shelf with a storage drawer (#12) to the posts
on the long sides of the cart only.
3. Stand the unit upright and attach all posts and the two
shelves using the double bolt holes on the middle and
bottom shelf using the same hardware as in step 1.
4. Position the tool tray (#9) on one end of the top shelf. Attach
the tray and post to the top shelf with four machine screws
and acorn nuts.
5. Attach the handle brackets (#10) on the other end to the
post and top shelf with four machine screws and acorn
nuts.
6. Flip the cart upside down. Insert the fixed casters (#2)
into the front bottom plates. Insert the locking casters
(#1) into the rear bottom plates. Secure each caster with a
washer (#3), lock washer (#4) and 19 mm nut (#5).
7. Flip the cart right side up. Apply the small foam shelf
pads (#14) into the three small bins. Apply the three large
foam pads to the large bin in the top shelf (#15).

ASSEMBLAGE/INSTALLATION
1. Fixez les montants (n

8) aux tablettes du bas et du milieu
(n

13). Chaque montant est muni d’une plaque au bas pour
les roulettes. Insérez la vis mécanique de 10 mm (n

38)
dans le trou de boulon unique sur les montants et
tablettes. Fixez avec un écrou borgne de 10 mm (n
o
7).
2. Fixez la tablette avec un tiroir de rangement (n
o
12) aux
montants sur le côté long du chariot seulement.
3. Place l’unité debout et fixez les montants et les 2 tablettes
à l’aide des deux trous de boulon sur la tablette du milieu
et du bas en utilisant la même quincaillerie qu’à l’étape 1.
4. Positionnez le plateau à outils (n

9) sur une extrémité de
la tablette du haut. Fixez le plateau et le montant à la
tablette du haut avec 4 vis mécaniques et écrous
borgnes.
5. Fixez les supports de poignée (n

10) sur l’autre extrémité
au montant et la tablette du haut avec 4 vis mécaniques
et écrous borgnes.
6. Tournez le chariot à l’envers. Insérez les roulettes fixes
(no 2) dans les plaques inférieures avant. Insérez les
roulettes à blocage (n

1) dans les plaques inférieures
arrière. Fixez chaque roulette avec une rondelle (n

une rondelle-frein (n

7. Retournez le chariot à l’endroit. Insérez les petits
