Intended use1.
This product is designed to maximise a notebook’s performance by providing cooling. The built-in
fan supplies cool air to the notebook and thus protects it from overheating. Power supply is provided
via USB. The product should only be used in dry indoor areas.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you
use the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In
addition,improperusecancausehazardssuchasshortcircuiting,re,electricshocketc.Read
the instructions carefully and keep them. Make this product available to third parties only together
with its operating instructions.

Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become dangerous •

If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect it •

Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can damage •

Never reach into the rotating fan as this poses a serious risk of injury! Do not interfere with the •
proper functioning of the fan (for example, by inserting external objects).

Operation4.
Place the cooling pad on a level, stable surface.1.
Put a laptop onto the cooling pad.2.
Connect the USB plug of the USB cable to a free USB port on your laptop. 3.
Connect the DC plug of the USB cable to the DC socket of the cooling pad. The fan will start 4.
automatically.
On the “Helix” model, the DC socket and the selector switch for the ventilation level
are located on the right-hand side, on the “Quasar” model they are at the back.
Set the ventilation level using the selector switch:5.
L = low -
H = high -
When the cooling pad is no longer being used, disconnect the USB cable from the laptop and 6.
from the cooling pad.
Disposal5.
In order to preserve, protect and improve the quality of environment, protect human
health and utilise natural resources prudently and rationally, the user should return
unserviceable product to relevant facilities in accordance with statutory regulations.
The crossed-out wheeled bin indicates the product needs to be disposed separately
and not as municipal waste.
