SETTING & OPERATING THE WATCH
SETTING HEART RATE TARGET ZONE
The Sportline Solo 925 uses your age and gender to calculate a healthy Target Heart
Rate Zone. You can also program your own upper and lower ranges. To set Target
Heart Rate Zone:
1. In Heart Rate Target Zone mode, PRESS & HOLD the MODE key to enter the
programming sequence. The variable being adjusted will flash on and off.
2. Adjust Age (in years) by PRESSING the START/STOP (S/S) or RESET (R) key. Advance
to Set Gender by
PRESSING the MODE key.
3. Select Gender (M=male, F=female) by PRESSING the START/STOP (S/S) or RESET (R)
key. Set Gender by PRESSING the MODE key.
4. To allow the watch to calculate your Target Heart Rate Zone, PRESS & HOLD
the MODE key to exit the programming sequence & resume operating mode. To
manually program your Target Heart Rate Zone, PRESS & HOLD the MODE key to
advance to set Upper Zone Limit.
5. Adjust Upper Zone Limit (H) by PRESSING the START/STOP (S/S) or RESET (R) key.
Advance to Lower Zone Limit by PRESSING the MODE key.
6. Adjust Lower Zone Limit (L) by PRESSING the START/STOP (S/S) or RESET (R)
key. PRESS & HOLD the MODE key to exit the programming pequence & resume
operating mode.
