INSTALLATION AND QUICK START GUIDE
Machine components
Slide the release latches (a) to the
front to unlock the cover.
Connect a USB cable to the printer,
connect the other end to your
Mailing System
Open the printer.
Before
installing and
connecting
the printer,
the Mailing
system must
be turned o
Printer Power Supply
(1) Spread the roll holders open and
(2) place the roll into the printer.
1 Plug the power supply into the printer.
2 Plug the power cable into the power supply.
3 Plug the power cord into an appropriate receptacle.
4 The power supply lights green.
Verify the roll spins easily on the
holder.
When the the printer is ready, the
printer status light will turn green.
Then, start the Mailing System.
If you order several labels, the printer
prints them as you get a printed label.
For information, the printer can only
be stopped by unplugging it.
The printer must be started before the
Mailing System.
Pull the end of the roll past the front
edge of the printer.
Press the media under the guides. Close the Printer : push down on
the front edge of the printer until it
locks.
Align the sensor to the center of the
roll for regular labels
Unroll and discard the outer layer of
the media roll.

When the media run out, the printer and
media status lights will turn red.
Open the printer and pull the 2 small levers towards you on the axis of the brown
roller.
Clean printhead with a cleaning pen. Clean
from the middle to the outside.
Do not use a cleaning pen elsewhere.
Open the printer. Spread the roll holders open. Discard the empty roll.
Remove the brown roller using the
levers and remove the jammed media.
To put back the brown roller in place :
press it.
Then, fold down the 2 levers.
