Overview
This Lounger has multiple parts and may require up to 60 minutes to assemble. To give you an
overview of the Lounger parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into
perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and
steps before assembly.
NOTE: Two of Three people are recommended for the assembly of this Lounger.
Before Beginning Assembly:
FRONT FACING

Step 1
Step 1.1) Attach Leg(B) to Bed Support Bar(A) using Bolts(①), Washers(⑧) and Nuts(⑦) with
Handle(⑤) and Wrench(⑥). Repeat this process with the remaining Bed Supporting Bars(A).
Step 1.2) Attach Hooks(④) and Eye Bolts(③) to Bed Support Bars(A) using Washers(⑧) and
Nuts(⑦) with Handle(⑤) and Wrench(⑥).
Step 1.3) Attach Bed Supporting Bars(A) to Metal Connection(C) using Bolts(②) and Nuts(⑩)
with Allen Key(⑨).
Do not over tighten the Bolts.
NOTE: It is recommended that you have a partner to assist durning the entire assembly
process.

Place the two Pillows(E) on the Lounger.
Your Sun Lounger is ready for use.
Caution: Please be careful when getting on and off the Lounger.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the Lounger.
Step 2
Hang the Outdoor Mesh Bed Fabric(D) to the Bed Supporting Bars(A) using Hooks(④) and Eye
Bolt(③).
CAUTION : When tightening these bolts, tighten sequentially.
DO NOT tighten any Bolt fully and then towards the next one.
This would cause the frame to warp.
NOW, proceed to tighten ALL the Bolts and Nuts at ALL joints.
