Accessories supplied with the appliance
- Dietary baking dish
This accessory is used for steam combination cooking modes.
It consists of two half-shells with a recess for the passage of the injector (D) and a steel grill to
be placed on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Injectors
Injector (D): used for steam combination cooking modes.
Injector (C): used for direct steam cooking.
These injectors are used connected to the rubber hose (B) supplied with the appliance.

Steam cooking with dietary baking dish
Place the food to be cooked on the steel grill inside the baking dish, after adding some water.
To use this type of cooking, insert the injector (D) into the rubber hose (B) as shown in Fig. 1.
Then carefully insert the injector (D) into the special recess in the dietary baking dish (see
Fig. 2).
Insert the connector (A) attached to the rubber hose into the steam outlet valve (E) located on
the top left side of the oven by lightly pressing in the direction of the arrow (see Fig. 3).
Place the baking dish on the 1st or 2nd shelf level from the bottom.
Ensure that the rubber hose is not crushed or in contact with any heating element in the top of the
oven. Set the oven to the steam cooking function as described in the oven instructions manual.

Direct steam cooking
Place the food to be cooked on the steel grill inside the baking dish, after adding some water.
(Do not use the lid - see Fig. 8)
To use this type of cooking, insert the injector (C) into the rubber hose (B) as shown in Fig. 5.
When cooking chicken, duck, turkey, kid, big fish or similar food, insert injector C directly into
the empty part of the meat, being careful not to obstruct the holes (see Fig. 6).
Insert the connector (A) attached to the rubber hose into the steam outlet valve (E) located on
the top left side of the oven by lightly pressing in the direction of the arrow (see Fig. 7).
Place the baking dish on the 1st or 2nd shelf level from the bottom.
Ensure that the rubber hose is not crushed or in contact with any heating element in the top of the
oven. Set the oven to the steam cooking function as described in the oven instructions manual.
