Users can initiate a self-registration
process by clicking Create Account.
Click Forgot your
Password link to
initiate the password
reset process.
First Login please use your legacy
account ID and click on "Forgot your
password". You receive an email to
reset the password and security

icon, followed by Go To Cart button to open
your cart. Click Add Products to begin
adding your items.

Choose your desired brand for the first set
of items from the drop- down list. Select
Add Manually to input.

Enter the item part number and
quantity. Click add to cart.
Note: To apply an ASCO NPM # or Aventics
Prce Partner Quote # to a line, you must
add the quote number in the Speical Pricing
Agreement Number field. Aventics Speical
Pricing Agreement numbers do not need to
be manually entered.

Your entered item will appear in the cart. To add an item from another brand on this order, you will need to repeat the process choosing the new brand in the Add Products drop down.

This screen will not display when you add Aventics items to your cart.
For ASCO products, prior to your item being displayed int eh cart, you will need to confirm your Customer and Order Type, as you would do in the MyASCO legacy application. At this time,
you must also specify if the ASCO portion of this order will be drop shipped to your customer.

When you first add an ASCO product to your cart, the Order Type popup will display.
Choose the For Whom and Order Type from the options linked to your account. In
this menu you will choose whether your order is an Assembler (ASM) Distributor
(AVD), Distributor/OEM order (AVDOEM), OEM (OEM) type order.
If your order is eligible to be drop shipped, you will see this button. Click it enable
drop ship capabilities as your order progresses.

You will get confirmation your order type is successfully set and you will be brought
to your cart.

At launch, this will be an Aventics only function. Functionality for ASCO product will be available shortly.

Selecting "Import File" on the Add Products pop up will enable
users to download a template by XLS or XML format.
Choose the template to match the desired format and
download to your computer.
Upload the file and Click Import File. Items will be bulk
loaded to cart.

Shipping Page is divided by brand. If there are multiple brands on an order, users will
confirm specific shipping method and shipping terms for each brand.
Tax is calculated based on your default settings within each brand. As an option, you can choose
the relevant certificate or add a new one.

you must enter the carrier name and provide a collect

unless listed as Optional. Drop ship addresses will be
saved for future use.
Note: To enable the Add New Address option on ASCO dropship orders, you must check the
box on the Order Type popup (see slide 11). If you did not check that box, you will need to
return to the main cart and click Set For Whom

Confirm the Ultimate Destination for all brands. If different from
United States, contact the respective Customer Assistance
department for additional information.

Billing Overview

You will see one billing page per brand on order. Enter
your Purchase Order # and click Continue to progress.
The default bill to account information based on the signed in user’s information
will auto-populate. To better process orders, this should not be changed from
the populated value.
