CAPXLV2 - SMART VIDEO INTERCOM-L

Here is a list of changes that supersede the information provided in the

installation manual.

• We recommend connecting no more than 4 OSDP readers to the

OSDP port for the best performance. We are working to optimize the

product to support up to 8 OSDP readers in a future release.

• We are adding 8 diodes and 8 MOVs to protect the 8 relays on

CAPXLV2. We are also adding 2 pack-in resistors in his box.

• To provide extra protection to CAPXLV2, we recommend using a cover

cap on the intercom lock hole. The cover cap is provided in the box.

• K41-0398-000 will replace CAPXLCAM as the new camera service kit

for CAPXLV2.

• For UL installations, Supply Voltage 2 (POE) is 42 – 55 Vdc, 60 W max

802.3bt Type 3 four pair compatible max.

• WiFi is supplemental for UL installations.

• CAPXLV2 has an operating humidity range from 20% to 90% RH.

• Access Control Unit Endurance: Level 2. This requirement supersedes

the Access Control Unit Endurance: Level 4 stated in the installation

manual.
