Sealey CP20VAP is a handheld cordless tire inflator with a digital LED display, capable of inflating tires up to 7bar/100psi. It features automatic cut-out when the pre-selected pressure is reached, double injection composite body with rubber grips for added comfort, and a 150mm compressor hose with various adaptors for tires, balls, and bikes. It requires a compatible 20V battery and mains charger, sold separately.

9 Thiscompressorisnotdesignedforcontinuoususe.Operationoveranextendedperiodoftimewilloverheattheunitanddamage

 thecompressor.Itshouldnotbeusedcontinuouslyformorethan30minutes.After30minutes,turnitoandletitcoolfor15 

 minutesbeforeresumingoperation.

4. OPERATION

 WARNING: Remove battery before ANY maintenance.

4.1. Ensurethatyouhaveread,understoodandcomplywithallthesafetyinstructionsinSection1.

4.2. TO REMOVE BATTERY

4.2.1. Toremovethebatteryfromtheequipment,depressthespringloadedbuttononthebatterypack.Removethebatterypackfromthe

 toolbyslidingitout.

8 DO NOT touch the metal terminals.

4.2.2. Slideachargedbatteryintotheheelofthetoolensuringfullengagementoftheterminals.

4.3. INFLATION / DEFLATION

4.3.1. Screwtherequiredadaptortotheunitoutletandtighteninplaceusingthecollar.

4.3.2. Turnontheunitusingthecentralbutton(g.2).

4.3.3. SettherequiredunitsbycyclingthroughoptionsusingtheOn/Obutton.

4.3.4. Settherequiredpressureusingthe+ or - buttons(g.2).Whenthesetvalueisreachedtheunitwillautomaticallycutout.

5. MAINTENANCE

 WARNING: Alwaysdisconnectthebatterybeforecarryingoutanyinspection,maintenanceorcleaning.

5.1. GENERAL INSPECTION

5.1.1. Regularlycheckthatallthexingscrewsaretight. 

5.1.2. Repairs should be carried out by an authorised service centre.

5.2. CLEANING

5.2.1. Keepyourtoolcleanatalltimes.Dirtanddustwillcauseinternalpartstowearquicklyandshortenthedevice’sservicelife.

5.2.2. Cleanthebodyofyourunitwithasoftbrush,ordrycloth.

5.2.3. Neverusecausticagentstocleanplasticparts.Ifdrycleaningisnotsucient,amilddetergentonadampclothisrecommended.

5.2.4. Watermustnevercomeintocontactwiththetool.Ensurethetoolisthoroughlydrybeforeusingit. 

5.3. STORAGE

5.3.1. Storethistoolcarefullyinasecure,dryplaceoutofthereachofchildren.
