Instructions

During installation of the E2 Modules, follow the steps below to properly

document their location.

1. Afﬁx the E2 Module Serial Number label onto the Tracking Information

Sheet (other side). The label can be found inside the E2 Module

carton.

2. Note the location of that E2 module within the enclosure - Circle

F if it is in the front of the enclosure or R if it is in the rear of the

enclosure.

3. Note the enclosure height at which the E2 is positioned - Circle B if it

is at the bottom of the enclosure, M for middle or T if located at the

top of the enclosure.

4. In the ENCLOSURE LOCATION ﬁeld, enter information identifying the

enclosure in which the E2 module is positioned, e.g. Rack or Room #

5. When the Sheet is completed, submit it to the Administrators in

charge of tracking assets.
