** Utility Shelf Installation **

**** PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO USE FOR IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION ****

Please ensure that you have the following items packaged with your mounting bracket.

2 Shelf brackets (one LH, one RH)

1 Shelf

4 #10 nut/bolt

4 5/16” bolts/washers

4 5/16” square nut

Assembly:

Assembly is quite simple. Assemble the

shelf brackets onto the shelf as shown

in fig 1. Note that the flanges of the

shelf brackets face to the outside of the

shelf.

Install the 5/16” bolts and thread the

square nuts onto the plate as shown.

Be sure to use the washers provided. It

is helpful to only thread the square nuts

a turn or two onto the bolts to make

insertion into the t-slot on the stand

easier. It is also helpful to assemble all

of the hardware only finger tight at first

to make installation and alignment

easier on the stand.

Slide the shelf assembly onto the mast of the stand as shown in Fig 2 and position to the desired

location. Use a small level to level the shelf and tighten the 5/16 mounting bolts snugly (20 ft-lb or 27

N-m) using a torque wrench. Caution: excessive tightening may permanently deform the mast! Then

tighten the #10 screws on the shelf.

Warning:

Do NOT exceed 50 lb (23 KG) of weight on this shelf. If you need higher capacity you should use the

shelf tier which can support up to 150lb. This shelf is intended for mounting and holding small

equipment only!
