NOTE TO INSTALLER: Be sure to leave these
instructions with the Consumer.
NOTE TO CONSUMER: Keep these instructions
with your Owner’s Manual for future reference.
This kit provides a stainless steel tubular handle
to coordinate with other Monogram appliances.
• The tubular handle must be installed onto the
custom wood panel before it is secured to the
dishwasher door.
• Prepare the custom panel by following the
Installation Instructions shown on the custom
panel template.
Tools and Materials Required:
• Gloves to protect against sharp edges
• Phillips screwdriver
• Drill and appropriate bits
This Kit Includes:
• Tubular handle
• 2 Mounting screws
• 1 Paper instruction
WARNING:
To prevent electric shock, disconnect electrical
power supply to the dishwasher.
CAUTION:
When the dishwasher is pulled out of the enclosure, it
can tip over when the door is opened. Use caution to
prevent personal injury or damage to the dishwasher.
INSTALL TUBULAR HANDLE
The handle should be positioned on the custom panel, approximately
4-1/2″ from the top of the panel. Measure adjacent cabinet hardware
position to be sure the handle is aligned accurately.
• Locate the vertical center of the panel and draw a pencil line.
• Measure and pencil a centerline mark on the handle. Use the handle
as a template to locate and mark the exact position of the screwholes.
• Drill 3/32″ pilot holes. Drive screws from the back side of the
panel into the handle.
