Application:

This head bolt kit is intended for use on the Edelbrock Performer RPM Pontiac cylinder heads #6056, #6057, and #6058.

High quality 1/2" diameter bolts are manufactured by ARP to the highest standards of performance. Hardened and parallel-

ground washers are included and must be used with each head bolt. This head bolt kit is required to install Edelbrock

Pontiac cylinder heads. These heads require head bolts similar to those for a Ram Air IV head, except several of the bolt

boss heights have been increased to enhance the performance potential of the cylinder heads.

Note: Torque upper row of bolts to 105 ft./lbs., torque lower row of bolts to 95 ft./lbs.

in three even increments. Coat threads, washers, and underside of bolt heads with

motor oil for accurate torque readings. Start in center and work out towards ends. Re-

torque all head bolts after initial warm-up and cool-down.
