THIS INSTALLATION MUST BE PERFORMED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL FAMILIAR WITH STANDARD

SAFETY PRACTICES

WARNING: FALLING EQUIPMENT can cause serious personal injury and equipment damage.

• Use equipment of adequate capacity to lift the unit.

• If using lift forks to handle this unit, be sure the lift forks are long enough to extend out of the opposite side

of the base.

• Do not place any part of the body under the unit while it is suspended.

IMPORTANT: All directions, such as left or right, are with respect to the operator facing the welding generator front

panel. Refer to Figure 1 when performing this installation.

1 Insert axle (5) into running gear brackets (9).

IMPORTANT: The running gear wheels require periodic greasing.

2. Install wheels (2) and flat washers (4) onto axle (5), and secure wheels in place with retaining ring (6).

3. Slide handle (1) onto brackets, and be sure holes are aligned. Secure with supplied hardware.

4. Block wheels so that running gear cannot roll.

IMPORTANT: Be sure there is approximately 3/8 in. (9.5 mm) clearance between welding generator and the handle

(1).

5. Place welding generator onto brackets, and secure with U-bolts (3) and supplied hardware.

6. Remove blocks from wheels.
