Sizing##

This%armband%has%two%size%settings%-%Option%A%which%fits%sizes%from%9%to%11%inches%and%Option%B%

which%accommodates%sizes%from%11%to%15%inches.%%You%can%measure%the%size%of%your%arm%using%a%tape%

measure%similar%to%how%you%would%measure%your%waist.%If#the#armband#is#too#small#or#too#large#

please#do#not#attempt#to#use#as#doing#so#could#cause#damage#or#injury.%

Option#A##Step#1##

While%facing%the%backside%of%the%armband,%insert%the%band%into%the%slot%adjacent%to%the%main%body%of%

the%band%as%shown%below:%

Option#A#Step#2##

Insert%the%end%of%the%band%through%the%front%side%of%the%second%slot%as%shown%below.%

Option#A#Step#3##

Pull%the%end%of%the%band%through%the%slot%and%attach%to%the%Velcro%connector.%Make%sure%to%leave%

enough%room%so%that%you%can%insert%your%arm%through%the%loop%and%adjust%accordingly.%%

Option#B##Step#1##

While%facing%the%backside%of%the%armband,%insert%the%band%into%the%second%slot%from%

the%main%body%of%the%band%as%shown.%

Option'B'Step'2'#

Pull%the%end%of%the%band%through%the%slot%and%attach%to%the%Velcro%connector.%Make%

sure%to%leave%enough%room%so%that%you%can%insert%your%hand/arm%into%the%loop%and%

adjust%accordingly.##
