ReDi PC 250 is a Twin tuner Digital USB TV stick that enables you to watch and record TV
program on your desktop PC and Laptop. The use of the USB port greatly simplifies the
installation. ReDi PC 250 is a mini USB TV set with a remote control that turns your PC into
a hi-tech multimedia centre, in just few minutes.

3 Installation Procedure
This chapter describes how to connect your ReDi PC 250 to your computer and install all
of the available drivers and software.
3.1 Connection Diagram
3.2 Device Driver Installation
Please insert the CD disk that comes with ReDi PC 250 in the CD-ROM drive of your
computer.
IMPORTANT: Don’t Plug in ReDi PC 250 to your PC
The following driver / software must be installed first before plugging
in ReDi PC 250.
3.2.1 Driver Installation
1. Click “Driver Install”.

2. Click “Next” to begin installation.
3. Click “Next”.
4. The Installation procedure may require a few
seconds, depending on you hardware
specifications.
5. Click “Finish” to complete the ReDi PC 250
Hardware Installation Wizard.

3.2.2 Software installation
1. Choose your language and click
“OK”.
2. Click “Next”.
3. Please read the License Agreement
and click “Yes” to continue with the
installation procedure.
4. Click “Next”.

5. Insert the License Key that you will
find on the CD cover.
6. Click “Next”.
7. The Installation procedure may
require a few minutes, depending on
you hardware specifications.
8. Click “Finish” to finish with the
installation procedure of Arcsoft
Total Media Software.

9. Click Next to install IR Receiver
10. Click next
11. Click Finish. The IR receiver is
installed on your system.
12. After Restart, you will see the
DVB-T application icon on your
desktop

13. Connect your ReDi PC 250 Device
to your PC. A new window will
come up
14. Choose “No, not at this time” and
press “Next” to proceed.
15. Select “Install the software
automatically” and click next to
proceed
16. The Installation procedure may
require a few seconds, depending on
you hardware specifications.
17. Hardware Installation is Complete.

device.

4 Remote control
The Remote control allows you to operate your ReDi PC 250 from long distance. You can
turn your TV on/off, view TV and change channels and volume. Aim the front of the
Remote Control at the device and press the control buttons.

Power: Turns computer off

TotalMedia: Open/Close TotalMedia Software

Full Screen/Restore: Switches from full screen to
the default screen
Prev.CH: TV wall function to view thumbnails from
the channels.
Snapshot: Takes a picture of what is on screen
Time-Shift: Enable / Disable Time-Shift function.
Use TimeShift functions with keys Play and Pause.
Source: Select between two tuners.

EPG: Show/ Hide EPG information
Teletext: Show/ Hide Teletext information.
MTS: Change Audio Track if channel supports this
function

your recordings or other videos that are stored on
the Hard Disk Drive.

Rec: Record the program you are watching.
Stop: Stop recording. Stop the replay of a media
file.
Play: Play a media file. Continue viewing a channel
after pausing it using TimeShift function.
Pause: Pause a media file. Pause a program using
TimeShift function.
Prev: Previous movie clip
Rewind: Rewind the current movie clip
FF: Forward the current movie clip
Next: Next movie clip
