Cleaning your facial sauna
The facial sauna exterior should be cleaned with a soft damp
cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads which may
damage the finish of the facial sauna. Never immerse the facial
sauna in water and always keep the power cord dry.
De-scaling your facial sauna
After some time, limescale (calcium carbonate) may be deposited
in the steam reservoir of the facial sauna. This normal build-up is
not harmful but an excessive amount of scale may affect the
operation of the facial sauna. If this happens use a descaling
solution, following the manufacturers instructions. Never attempt
to descale the facial sauna by chipping or scraping with a sharp
implement.
If you live in a hard water area you may need to de-scale the
facial sauna more often.
Pull the cable from
the cable tidy at the
base of your facial
sauna. Plug into a
standard wall
socket.
If the facial sauna doesn't work
please check that:
– Mains power is switched on and the power switch is in the
ON position (the light on the switch should be on).
– Your facial sauna is plugged into the mains supply properly.
Try replacing the fuse in the plug.
If your facial sauna still doesn't work, please contact the store
where it was purchased from.
Place your facial sauna on a level surface. Decide
how long you want your sauna to last (20, 15,
10 or 5 minutes) and fill the measuring cup to
the corresponding level.
Fill the steam reservoir with water
from the measuring cup.
Snap the steam reservoir
cover into the bottom of the
face mask. Place the face
mask on the base with its
opening facing
upwards.
1. Keeping the cord tidy
2. Filling your facial sauna
Press
the power switch
to the ON
position. A short
while after
switching on the
facial sauna,
steam will start to
rise out of the face
mask. You can now
rest your face over the
mask.
After use,
switch off the
facial sauna
and pull out
the plug. After
discarding any
remaining
water, allow the
unit to cool. The
face mask can then
be placed upside
down on the base for
compact storage.
3. Switching on
4. Switching off
Caution. The steam reservoir gets very hot, so do not
touch it during or immediately after use.
After use, you may like to rinse your face with cold water
and apply face cream. We recommended that you avoid
cold air and drafts immediately after the sauna.
Caution.
Ensure that there is water in your facial
sauna’s steam reservoir before switching on.
Caution.
If your facial sauna is overfilled, boiling water
may overflow from the facial sauna. Please note the
reservoir should only hold 25ml of water.
