Falcon Convectasteam E4109EL is an atmospheric convection steam oven combining the benefits of steam and convection cooking.

With three different modes, E4109EL can operate as a normal forced convection oven, a forced air steaming oven, or a combination of both.

In convection mode, the fan draws air from the oven which is passed over the elements surrounding the fan, then recirculated back into the oven.

In steam mode, the fan circulates the steam generated by the boiler around the oven. The oven temperature may also be controlled between 30-100°C in this mode.
