Makingacall
PlaceaCall:
1. Pickupthehandset
2. Enterthennumberyouwishtocall
3. Pressthe featurekey
PlaceaspeakerCall:
1. Leavethehandsetinpace
2. Enterthennumberyouwishtocall

NOTE:YoucanswitchtoSpeakerphoneatanytimeduringacallbypressingthe featurekey.

2. Toresumethecall,presspressthe featurekeyagain
LastNumberRedial:
1. Lifttelephonehandset.Presstheassignedcode(example,*66).
2. Thelastoutgoingphonenumberisredialed.
Note:Emergencypageswillautomaticallybroadcasttoyourphoneatapresetvolumelevelregardlessof
whetheranactivecallisoccurringorthephoneisintheDoNotDisturb
mode.Prioritypageswill
automaticallybroadcastinasimilarmanner,butwillnotoverridetheDoNotDisturb
setting.

TransferringCalls
Transferacall:
1. Duringacall,presstheTransfersoftkey.
NOTE:Thiswillputthecalleronholdandtheywillhearonholdmusic
2. Enterthenumbertowhichyouwishtotransferthecallandpressthe featurekey
3. Oncethecalleranswers,youhaveconfirmedtheywouldliketotakethecall,presstheTransfersoftkey.
4. Thecallersarenowconnectedandyoucanreturnyourhandsettothebase
BlindTransfer(transferwithoutannouncement):
1. Duringacall,presstheTransfersoftkey.
NOTE:Thiswillputthecalleronholdandtheywillhearonholdmusic
2. PresstheBlindsoftkey
3. Enterthenumbertowhichyouwishtotransferthecallandpressthe featurekey
4. Thecallersarenowconnectedandyoucanreturnyourhandsettothebase

2. PresstheBlindsoftkey
3. Dial*86plustheextensiontotransfercaller.
4. Pressthe featurekey
5. Returnthehandsettothebase

1. Toparkacalll,presstheTransfersoftkeythen*32.
2. Thesystemwillannouncenumberwherecallisparked.
3. PresstheTransfersoftkeyagainandthecallisparked
GroupPage:
1. Withthehandsetstillonthebase,pressthePagingsoftkeytodisplayPagingGroupsList.
2. SelectthedesiredpagegroupandpressthePagesoftkey.
3. You’llhearashorttone,maketheannouncementusingthespeakerphoneorthehandset.
4. Whenyouaredone,pressEndPagesoftkeyorreturnthehandsettothebase.
Note:Youcanplaceapagetoyourdefaultpagegroup,pressingandholdingthePagingsoftkeyfor12
seconds,bypassingstep(2).
ReceiveaGroupPage
Whenaphoneispaged,youwillhearashortalertingtonefromthespeaker.Thephonewilldisplaywhothe
pageiscomingfromandthezoneitisassociatedwith..
PageGroupsareconfiguredbyyoursystemadministratorandwhenavailable,providesaPaging
softkey
onyourphone.Youcanassignupto10paginggroups.ThedefaultgroupisAllextensions.Ifyouwishto
setupadditionalPagingGroups,contactyoursystemAdministratororSlicNetworkSolutionsat

announcementandpresstheAcceptsoftkey.Theactivecallwillautomaticallybeplacedonholdto

1. Lifttelephonehandset.Press*33andthenumberwherethecallwasparked.
2. Ifthecallwasparkedon1youwouldPress*331toretrievethecall.
HandlingIncomingCalls
AnsweraCallonyourSecondLine:
1. Ifthesecondlineringsduringacallandyouwishtoanswerit,usetheDisplayControl
keystoselectthe
incomingcall.
2. PresstheAnswersoftkey(thiswillplacethefirstcallonhold)
3. Toreturntothefirstcall,usetheDisplayControl
keystoselectthefirstcallandpresstheResumesoftkey,
thisplacestheactive(second)callonholdandreconnectsthefirstcall.
4. YoumaydisconnectacallatanytimebypressingEndCallsoftkey.
Note:Ifmultiplecallsareonhold,anindicatorwilldisplaythenumberofheldcalls(ex.:2/3).
RejectaCallandsenddirectlytoVoiceMail:
1. Whenanincomingcallarrivesthatyoudonotwishtoanswer,presstheIgnoresoftkey.
2. Yourphonewillstopringingandthecallerwillbesenttoyourvoicemessaging.
Note:IfSimultaneousRing
isactive,callwillcontinuetoringonotherdesignatedline(s).
