Open the door and place the laundry into the tub.

Press the [전원 (Power)] button.

Rotate the Selection dial to select a course.

To use the drying function, press the

[건조 (Dry)] button.

To use the reservation function, press

the [예약 (Reserve)] button.

Quick guide to using your washing machine











CAUTION

Add the appropriate amount of detergent

and fabric softener to the detergent drawer

according to the volume of your laundry,

and then close the detergent drawer.

Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/

Pause)] button.

The washing machine rotates the tub

to detect the weight of your laundry.

When the wash ends, the end melody sounds

and the washing machine is turned off.

Standard course

This course is suitable for most normal fabrics except for wool, silk, and delicate clothing.

▶ Towels are highly water-absorbent, and must be less than 3 kg in total.

▶ Use the 타월 (Towel) course to wash towels only.

1. Open the door, place the laundry into the tub and close the

door

2. Press the [전원 (Power)] button



















To add a 예비세탁 (Pre-wash), 불림 (Soak) or 스팀세탁 (Steam

Wash) course, press the [세탁 (Wash)] button.

















4. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.







3. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener

to the detergent drawer according to the volume of your

laundry, and then close the detergent drawer.













 

What is the Pre-wash course?

   

CAUTION

Boil course

This course is appropriate for sterilizing underwear (daily use). Removal of stubborn stains

and sterilization proceeds at the same time.

■ Washable laundry : Cotton underwear, diapers, 100% cotton clothing, clothing that does

not discolor, etc.

1. Open the door, place the laundry into the tub and close the

door.

2. Press the [전원 (Power)] button.

3. Rotate the [코스선택 (Course Selection)] dial to select the [삶

음 (Boil)] course.





















4. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric

softener to the detergent drawer according to the volume of

your laundry, and then close the detergent drawer.



 





 

5. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.













What is Steam Wash?









CAUTION

Eco Boil course

This is a hygienic and energy saving course for neat and careful housekeepers and precious

and special babies.

■ Washable laundry: 100% Cotton, diapers, baby clothing, clothing that does not become

discolored, etc.

1. Open the door, place the laundry into the tub and close the

door.

3. Rotate the [코스선택 (Course Selection)] dial to select the [절약

삶음 (Eco Boil)] course.















4. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener

to the detergent drawer according to the volume of your

laundry, and then close the detergent drawer.



 





 

5. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.















NOTE



CAUTION

Quick course

This course is used for a small amount (less than 4 kg) of laundry, relatively clean

laundry, or frequently used laundry in a short period of time

1. Open the door, place the laundry into the tub and close the

door.

2. Press the [전원 (Power)] button.

3. Rotate the [코스선택 (Course Selection)] dial to select the [급속

(Quick)] course.















4. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener

to the detergent drawer according to the volume of your

laundry, and then close the detergent drawer.







5. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.

2. Press the [전원 (Power)] button.

Towel course

This course is useful for washing towels effectively. Make sure that the laundry is less

than 5kg in total.

1. Open the door, place the laundry into the tub and close the

door.

3. Rotate the [코스선택 (Course Selection)] dial to select the [타월

(Towel)] course.





















4. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener

to the detergent drawer according to the volume of your

laundry, and then close the detergent drawer.



 



5. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.

Blanket course

This course is used to wash small blankets, bedding, counterpanes, tablecloths, curtains,

etc. for which washing with water is available

1. the door, place the laundry into the tub and close the door.

2. Press the [전원 (Power)] button.

3. Rotate the [코스선택 (Course Selection)] dial to select the [이불]

(Blanket] course.



















4. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener

to the detergent drawer according to the volume of your

laundry, and then close the detergent drawer.



 

 



5. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.

■ Make sure to wash only one item of bedding regardless of its size.







This course is useful for delicate clothing, such as wool, that is easily deformed

or damaged.

1. Open the door, place the laundry into the tub and close the

door.

2. Press the [전원 (Power)] button

3. Rotate the [코스선택 (Course Selection)] dial to select the [울

(Wool)] course/[섬세 (Delicate)] course.

















4. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener

to the detergent drawer according to the volume of your

laundry, and then close the detergent drawer.



 



5. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.











Heavily Soiled course

This course is useful to remove stubborn stains using the 불림 (Soak) function.

1. Open the door, place the laundry into the tub and close the

door.

2. Press the [전원 (Power)] button.

3. Rotate the [코스선택 (Course Selection)] dial to select the [찌든

때 (Heavily Soiled)] course.















4. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener

to the detergent drawer according to the volume of your

laundry, and then close the detergent drawer.



 





 

5. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.

When using powdered detergent When using liquid detergent

1. Press the [전원 (Power)] button.

Clean Tub course

When using the machine under humid conditions for an extended time, various airborne

bacteria may stick to the tub and form black dirt (fungi), which is harmful to humans.

To keep the tub clean and hygienic at all times, it is recommended using the [통세척 (Clean

Tub)] course and a dedicated or recommended detergent to clean the tub regularly at least

once every one to three months.



to the detergent drawer according to the volume of your

laundry, and then close the detergent drawer.

6. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.

To perform the washing and drying courses in one action

Referring to the「Dry capacity label」stuck to the right of the laundry door, make sure to

insert less than 6.0 kg of laundry (for a model with a 10 kg washing capacity) or 7.5 kg (for

a model with a 12 kg washing capacity) with reference to dry laundry.

* Applicable for Dry-only models



















NOTE

Selecting drying only

Referring to the「Dry capacity label」stuck to the right of the laundry door, make

sure to insert less than 6.0 kg of laundry (for a model with a 10 kg washing

capacity) or 7.5 kg (for a model with a 12 kg washing capacity) with reference to

dry laundry.

1. Open the door, place the laundry to dry into the tub and

close the door.

2. Press the [전원 (Power)] button.

3. Press the [건조 (Dry)] button.

























4. Press the [동작/일시정지 (Start/Pause)] button.
