Beauty guide
What does steam do for your skin?
Thebenetsofsteamskincare.(Fig.14)
Facial steaming is a basic element of women’s beauty regime. It is a
prerequisite for proper skincare. Steaming your face prepares your skin
for other treatments such as moisturising, deep cleansing or nourishing.
Beauty salons use steam as a preparation for facial treatments. Steaming
opens the pores and increases blood circulation, which is a perfect
preparation of the skin for any beauty treatment. Use of the Visasauna
before your cleansing and moisturising treatment optimises the
effectiveness of cosmetic products.
What is aromatherapy?
,
,
ENGLISH 9
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of aromatic essential oils extracted
from plants. These essential oils can be extracted from different parts of
plants such as leaves, owers and roots. Aromatherapy can be used for a
wide range of physical, spiritual and emotional effects. The oils can be
applied in different ways, for instance by massaging, in a bath or through
inhalation. The Visasauna has been developed so that the steam diffuses
the aroma.
What makes the Visasauna the best ally for your skincare?
Philips beauty carefully develops body and beauty products that help to
make your beauty routine more effective and more enjoyable. The new
Visasauna improves cleansing and moisturising treatments for a radiant
and beautiful skin.
Aromadiffuser(Fig.15)
The unique aroma diffuser provides a personalised and convenient
aromatherapy treatment. It provides real aromatherapy, since the aroma is
optimally diffused directly by the steam. You can use the pre-made aroma
sachets or your own herbs and oils together with a cotton pad. Just put a
few drops of aromatic oil on the pad and put the pad in the aroma
diffuser.
