General Safety Instrucons
Before aempng to operate
this machine, it is important
that you read, understand and
follow these instrucons very
carefully. They are designed for
safety of yourself and others
ensuring a long and trouble
free service life from your
machine.
1) Training
Read the instrucons
carefully. Be familiar with
the controls and the proper
use of the appliance.
Never allow children to use
the appliance.
Never allow people
unfamiliar with these
instrucons to use the
appliance. Local regulaons
may restrict the age of the
operator.
Never operate the
appliance while people,
especially children, or pets
are nearby.
The operator or user is
responsible for accidents or
hazards occurring to other
people or their property.
2) Preparaon
While operang the
appliance, always wear
substanal footwear and
long trousers.
Do not wear loose clothing
or jewelry that can be drawn
into the air inlet. Keep long
hair ed back or contained
in a protecve covering
away from the air inlets.
Wear protecve goggles
while operang.
To prevent dust irritaon the
wearing of a face mask is
recommended.
Before using, check the
supply and extension cord
for signs of damage and
aging. Do not use the
appliance if the cord is
damaged or worn.
Never operate the appliance
with defecve guards or
shields, or without safety
devices, for example debris
collector in place.
3) Operaon
Always direct the cable to
the rear away from the
appliance.
If a cord becomes damaged
during use, disconnect the

supply cord from the mains
immediately.
WARNING: Do not touch a
damaged cord. Remove the
plug from the power socket
before handling.
If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be
replaced by the
manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualied
persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
Do not carry the appliance
by the cable.
Disconnect the appliance
from the mains supply
whenever you leave the
machine;
before clearing a blockage;
before checking, cleaning
or working on the
appliance;
if the appliance starts to
vibrate abnormally.
Operate the appliance only
in daylight or in good
arcial light.
Do not overreach and keep
your balance at all mes.
Always be sure of your
foong on slopes.
Walk, never run.
Keep all cooling air inlets
clear of debris.
Never blow debris in the

4) Maintenance and storage
Keep all nuts, bolts and
screws ght to be sure the
appliance is in safe working
condion.
Check the debris collector
frequently for wear or
deterioraon.
Replace worn or damaged
parts.
Use only genuine
replacement parts and
accessories.
Store the appliance only in a
dry place.
If a foreign body, or other
debris, is accidentally feed
into the appliance, stop it
immediately and do not use
the appliance unl it has
been checked and you are
sure that the enre
appliance is in a safe
operang condion.
If the appliance makes any
unusual noise or starts to
vibrate abnormally STOP

immediately remove the
plug from the mains supply
and invesgate the cause.
Excessive vibraon can
cause damage to the
appliance and injury to the
operator.
Avoid Unintenonal Starng
Ensure that the switch is in
the OFF posion before
plugging the appliance into
the mains supply.

Appliance for any purpose

in these instrucons.

on the machine, and
replace any damaged or
illegible warning labels.
The user is responsible for
any accidents that happen
to other people or their
property.
Before using your Appliance
always visually inspect it to
see that any parts are not
worn or damaged. Replace
worn or damaged parts.
Always inspect the
insulaon on the power
cord and any extension
cable to be used, for cuts,
and abrasions and the
condion of connectors.
Any cable that is cut or
worn and any damaged
connectors should be
replaced before using the
Appliance.
Always check that there is
no material le in the
appliance vacuum tubes
before starng. This could
be dangerous.
Always check the operaon
of the Residual Current
Device (R.C.D.).
Only use replacement parts,
recommended for this
product.
Do not aempt repairs. An
appliance that has been
modied or is incomplete is
dangerous and no aempt

Always check the area to be
worked, for wire and other
debris etc, that could cause
damage to the Appliance
and injury to the operator.
Never feed hard objects
such as stones, boles, cans
or pieces of metal into the
Appliance. They can cause
damage to the machine and
possibly injury to the
operator and bystanders.
Never use the machine if
there are people, especially
children, or animals nearby.
Never let any person who is
not familiar with these
instrucons operate this
machine.
Avoid operang the
Appliance in wet condions,
wherever possible.
Know how to stop the
Appliance quickly in an
emergency.
Never operate the
Appliance if any of the
guards are damaged,
incorrectly ed or missing.
Make sure that you have
adopted a safe and secure
operang posion before
using the Appliance.
Make sure that all nuts and
bolts are secure before
starng the Appliance.
Only use the Appliance in
dry surroundings never
outdoors in the rain.
Do not use the Appliance if
it has a faulty safety device
or if a guard is missing.
Special care should be taken
when cleaning. This should
only be done with the
Appliance switched o and
disconnected from the
mains supply to prevent
injury.
Ensure that the cable and
any extension cable used
are checked for damage and
are coiled correctly without
kinks.
Electrical Safety
Always ensure the voltage on
the rating label corresponds
to the power supply where
the product is being used.

The appliance should be
supplied via a residual
current device (RCD) with a
tripping current of not more
than 30 mA.
Class II double
insulation. This
appliance is double insulated
therefore no earth
connection is required.
Precautions should be
followed for safe cable
management and connection
to the power supply
If a new mains plug needs to
be fitted follow the fitting
instructions supplied with
good quality BS1363A plugs.
If in doubt consult a qualified
electrician or appliance
repair agent.
Safely dispose of the old
plug.
Connect the brown lead to
the live terminal “L in the
new plug.
Connect the blue lead to
the neutral “N” terminal.
Recommended fuse: 13 A.
Use of an extension cable is
not recommended. If an
extension cable is required, it
should be rated no less than
13A and be fully unwound
before use to avoid
overheating. Do not connect
multiple appliances to the
extension cable.
When using an extension
cord, it shall not lighter than
H05VV-F 2x1.0mm

Residual Risks

Assembly (Pic.2)
Insert the intermediate sucon/
blower tube (Pic.2)(2.1) into the
appliance body.
Ensure that it is ed correctly and
pushed fully home. Secure with the
two screws provided. Fit the
wheeled sucon-blower tube into
the intermediate sucon-blower
tube (Pic.2)(2.2). Ensuring that it is
ed correctly and pushed fully
home.
Fixing the wheels(Pic.3)
Get the wheel screw through the
front small hole (Pic.3.1-3.2),ghten
the wheel nut unl the wheels fully
installed(Pic3.3).
Fing the adjustable handle(Pic.4)
Insert the adjustable handle to into
the appliance body(Pic.4.1)adjust
the bandle to suitable yourself

Fing the debris collecon bag
(Pic.5)
Before ng the debris collecon
bag ensure that the Vacuum/Blow
selector lever operates smoothly and
that it is not obstructed by debris
from the previous use.

Locate the debris collecon bag and
fold back the opening with the adap-
tor connecon inserted into the
holes on both sides of discharge
opening(Pic.5) (5.1/5.2). Aach the
front of the debris collecon bag to
the underside of the sucon-blower
tube using the clip ed to the de-
bris collecon bag.
Fing the shoulder harness (Pic.6)
The appliance is provided with a
shoulder harness (Pic.6)(6.1) this is
aached to the top of the main body
of the appliance as shown (Pic.6)
(6.2).
The shoulder harness is provided to
reduce fague and aid comfort
when using the appliance and can
be worn in a posion to suit the op-
erator.
Starng the appliance. (Pic.7)
To start the appliance Ensure that
the intermediate sucon/blower
tube is ed correctly.
Warning! Before selecng either
the Vacuum or Blow funcon ensure
that the selector lever operates
smoothly and that it is not obstruct-
ed by debris from the previous use.
Select either the Vacuum or Blow
funcon using the selector lever on
the side of the machine (Pic.7)(7.1)
Slide the On/O switch to posion
(I)(Pic.8)(8.1).
The variable speed control can ad-
just the blowing or vacuum power.
Select a low power to start then in-
crease to the desired level.

Operaon
Blower mode
Inspect the area to be worked
before starng. Remove any ob-
jects or debris that could be
thrown, jammed or become en-
tangled in the appliance.
Select the blow funcon using
the selector lever on the side of
the machine and switch on. With
the Vacuum- Blower resng on
its wheels move the appliance
forwards direcng the nozzle at
the debris to be cleared.
Alternavely hold nozzle just
above the ground and swing the
machine from side to side, mov-
ing forwards and direcng the
nozzle at the debris to be
cleared. Blow the debris into a
convenient heap then use the
vacuum funcon to collect the
debris.
Vacuum mode
Inspect the area to be worked
before starng. Remove any ob-
jects or debris that could be
thrown, jammed or become en-
tangled in the appliance tube.
Select the vacuum funcon using
the selector lever on the side of
the machine and switch on.
With the appliance resng on its
wheels move the appliance for-
wards direcng the nozzle at the
debris to be collected.
Alternavely with the appliance
held just above the ground swing
the machine from side to side,
moving forwards and direcng
the nozzle at the debris to be
collected.
Do not force the nozzle into the
debris as this will block the suc-
on tube and reduce the e-
ciency of the machine.
Organic materials such as leaves
contain a large amount of water
that can cause them to sck to
the inside of the sucon tube. To
reduce scking the material
should be le for a few days to
dry out.
Cleaning and Storage
WARNING: Switch o and remove
the plug from the power socket
before aempng to clean, adjust
or maintain the appliance.
When you have nished using the
blower vacuum, always check to
make sure the product is clean and
free of dirt and debris.
Remove the collecon bag and
check the area inside the outlet
tube is clear from debris and dirt.
Operate the selector lever back-
wards and forwards to ensure the
correct operaon.
Make sure that all nuts, bolts
and screws are ght and that the
guards are ed correctly.
All damaged and worn parts
should be replaced in order to

maintain the appliance in a safe
working condion.
Never leave material in the appli-
ance or the debris collecon bag.
This could be dangerous when
starng the appliance.
Aer use the appliance should
be thoroughly cleaned.
Ensure that the appliance is
switched o and disconnected
from the mains supply. Remove
and empty the debris collecon
bag. Ensure that the Vacuum /
Blow selector lever operates
smoothly and that it is not ob-
structed by debris. Brush any
loose debris from around the fan
and inside the sucon/blower
tube.
Do not use any type of cleaning
solvent on the plasc parts of
the appliance.
Do not hose or submerge any
part of the blower/ vacuum.
Sore the blower/vacuum in a dry
place, out of reach of children.

Returned products must be
