4 - FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Three functioning modes: Manual, Automatic and Night.
Airre-lteringsystem,effectiveforash,hair,pollens,embryosobtainedfromplants,smoke
and unpleasant odours removal.
Thepre-lter(2b) effectivelyblocks the impurities containedinair(hair, paper andother
materials),considerablyimprovingtheHEPAlterduration.
TheHEPAlter(2a)lters99%oftheparticleswitha0,3microndiameter.Itisspecically
designedtoremovedust,cigarettesmoke,bacteria,soot,pollenandradioactiveparticles.
Thehighqualityactivecharcoalslter(3)effectivelyremovestheodourscontainedinair,
suchasformaldehyde,benzene,ammoniaandwaterparticles.
Negativeionsgenerator:theappliancecontinuouslyemanatesover2millionsnegativeions
whichhelpimprovingairqualityintheenvironment.
“KidLock”function(Childrensafetydevice).
5 - APPLIANCE PREPARATION
a. Removetheappliancefromthepackagingandmake
sure it is intact.
b. Select a stable, levelled and plane location where to
place the appliance.
Makesurethatthere’ssomefreespacearound.
c. Remove the front panel (1).
Remove the protection bag
from the lters before use.

Eachtimeoneofthebuttonsispressed,theapplianceemitsa“beep”.
“AUTOMATIC” mode
a. Pressthepowerbutton(5a);theappliancestartsinAutomatic”mode(“AUTO”ledturned
on)andthefanisattheminimumspeed(“I”ledturnedon).
b. Theappliancedetectsairquantityintheenvironmentandthedisplay(10)showsthequantity
ofimpuritiesinair( )andthevalueofreference“PM 2.5”(neparticulates).
c. Ifdesired,itispossibletomanuallysetadifferentfanspeedbypressingMODE”button
(5b).
Whenselectingnightspeed ”,thefanworksattheminimumspeed(“I”)andtheled5c
turnsoff.
“TIMER” mode

theledofthepowerbuttonashes.
Duringthisfunction,allthebuttonsareblocked.
SimultaneouslypresstheMODE”andFILTER RESET”buttonsforthreesecondstoexitfrom
thefunction,abeepconrmsthattheLOCK”functionhasbeendeactivatedandtheledofthe
powerbuttonturnsoff.
7 - CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before performing any cleaning and/
or maintenance operation, disconnect
the plug from the power socket.
a. Cleantheappliancebody(6)andthefrontpanel(1)
withadampclothandpossiblywithamilddetergent.
Do not use abrasive materials or products.
Do not immerse the appliance body (6) in water
or in other liquids.
b. Cleantheairsuctiongrid(6a)andtheoutletgrid(9)andthegrid(11a)withabrush.
Optionally,blowcompressedairforadeepercleaning.

c. Theapplianceautomaticallycountsthefunctioningtime.After2000hoursoffunctioningthe
FILTER RESET”buttonled(5c)turnsontowarnthatitisnecessarytocleanorreplacethe
lters(seethefollowingparagraphs).
Aftercleaningorreplacingthelters,keepbuttonFILTER RESET (5c)pressedforthree
secondstoresetthehourscounting.TheFILTER RESET”buttonled(5c)ashesandthe
applianceemitsa“beep”.

HEPA FILTER (2)
