Artwork Installation Guide

Hanging artwork properly is of necessity if you want to really showcase the piece.

All Y Décor artwork comes prewired for your convenience. Simply take the

beautiful painting out of the box and you are ready for installation on the wall of

your choosing. Below are some best practices on how to properly place and hang

your new artwork.

- Select a wall where your artwork will be safe from direct sunlight. Ultra

violet rays can be damaging to the painting.

- Installation at the correct height is very important. The standard rule is to

measure 58 inches from the floor as this is average eye level.

- Position your artwork in a way that will allow to properly show the piece

and avoide direct lines with door frames and furniture in the room.

- Since many of our pieces have mixed media and a wide color spectrum,

lighting is key. By having correct lighting on the piece it will truly be a focal

point in your room or office.
