solutions are designed with a keen eye for backward and
forward compatibility. The new PC Card Enabler supports all
SelectaBase models, including the earlier SelectaDock Base
Model I. Also, all current ThinkPad SelectaBase models are
compatible with the earlier SelectaDock I and II.

PC Card Enabler
IBM now offers the ultimate in enhanced port replication. The
PC Card Enabler offers one Type III or two Type II PC Card slots.
Simply attach it to the back of the SelectaDock Base Model I,
SelectaBase 600 or SelectaBase 770, and you have access to
two additional PC Card slots. The PC Card Enabler uses
minimum space on your desktop while providing the capability
to adapt to your changing needs.

solutions. Both Port Replicators let you use an external monitor,
a standard keyboard and a printer, without connecting and
disconnecting each device every time you want to attach and
detach your ThinkPad notebook. The Enhanced Port Replicator
adds additional PC Card slots to your ThinkPad notebook.
