Blodgett ZEPHAIRE - 50E features a uni-body construction with stainless steel front, top, sides, and back. It has a solid stainless steel door with a rubber gasket and door pin interlock, as well as a chrome-plated single door handle. The hinged door design and tilt-forward bottom-hinged front control panel make it easy to use. The 1" (25.4mm) high-temperature ceramic blanket insulation at the top, back, sides, and bottom helps to maintain heat and efficiency.

Provide Blodgett half-size convection oven model Zephaire-50E. (single/double) compartment. Each compartment shall have double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner and
accepts five 13" x 18" standard half-size bake pans. Doors shall be solid stainless steel with silicone gasket and door pin interlock and a single chrome plated door handle. Unit shall
be electrically heated with one serpentine tubular heater. Air in baking chamber distributed by single speed fan motor, powered by 1/4 horsepower blower motor with automatic thermal
overload protection. Each chamber shall be fitted with five chrome-plated removable racks, and have nine rack positions. Control panel shall be recessed with solid state manual ther-
mostat with temperature control range of (200° - 500°F), and 60 minute timer. Provide options and accessories as indicated.
