a. Plug the 3.5 mm RCA connector to the antenna

terminal located on the rear panel of the radio.

1. Assembling Antenna

a. Assemble whip onto the magnet base as shown

in Figure A, B & C. Tighten securely by hand.

a. Clean the bottom of antenna mount and mounting

location before placing the magnetic base into

position. Note: The magnet will not stick on

aluminum or nonmetallic surfaces.

b. Hold antenna directly over mounting location and

carefully lower it into place.
