HELPFUL HINTS FOR ASSEMBLY PET TOY BOX
• Lay out all the parts and hardware according to the diagram to make sure you have what’s needed for
assembly.
• If you find any parts missing or defective, contact costumer service at 1-800-537-8484.
• Briefly read through the instruction s before beginning assembly.
• Protect the floor before you start the assembly.
• Having someone assist you by holding parts in place during installation will make the process easier.
Some parts are very heavy and large.
• Make sure all panels and parts are correctly lined up before tightening.
Note: when fasten the camlock over camlock bolt, please be sure the arrow point on the camlock should
be faced to camlock bolt. Install Camlock over Camlock Bolt using Phillip Head Screw Driver by turning
clockwise. Please do not over tighten the cam lock to avoid the cam lock broken. See diagram below.

ASSEMBLY STEP:
STEP 1 & 2
ATTACH RIGHT SIDE PANEL (2) TO BACK PANEL (3).
ATTACH LEFT SIDE PANEL (1) TO BACK PANEL(3).
- Repeat STEP 1
- Insert 2 wood dowels (D) and 2 cam bolts(A) into
back panel(3).
- Line up and attached right side panel (2) to back
panel (3) by fastening Cam Lock (B) over Cam Bolt
(A) using Phillip Head Screwdriver (L).
- Cover each Cam Lock (B) with Plastic Cap (C).

ASSEMBLY STEPS:
STEP 3
ATTACH FRONT PANEL (4) TO STEP 2.
- Insert 4 Wood Dowels (D) and 4 Cam Bolt (A) into Front Panel (4),
line up and attach Front Panel (4) to the assembled Right and Left
Side Panel (1 and 2) by fastening Cam Lock (B) over Cam Bolt (A)
using Phillip Head Screwdriver (L).
- Cover each Cam Lock (B) with Plastic Cap (C).

ASSEMBLY STEPS:
STEP 4
ATTACH BASE (5) TO STEP 3.
- Turn the assembled parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 straight in order to secure the Base (5).
- Insert 8 Wood Dowel (D) and 8 Bolts (E), which are first insert lock washer (F) and
then flat washer (G) onto Bolt (E).
- Fasten the assembled panels in to the base with Allen Key (M).

STEP 5 & 6
ATTACH LID STAY (RIGHT) (J) TO RIGHT
ATTACH LID (6) TO STEP 4.
- There are pre-installed hinges in the top of the back
panel (3).
- Line up and attach Lid (6) into pre-installed hinges by
fastening 6 Screws (I) using Philip Head Screwdriver (L).
- Install the Lid Stay (Left) (J) into Left Side Panel (1) and
Lid (6) by fastening 4 Pan Head Screws (H) using Phillip
Head Screwdriver (L).
SIDE PANEL(2) AND LID (6).
- Repeat Step 5

ASSEMBLY STEPS:
STEP 7
ADJUST THE LEVELER.
- Adjust the levelers that are pre-installed on the item as needed to
make sure it is level. Turn clockwise to loosen (to raise), counter
clockwise to tighten (lowed).
FURNITURE CARE INFORMATION
- To dust, use a dry, soft cloth.
- Do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface.
