The display shows one of
the following information
Factory resetting: the power source controls the start/stop
Torch controls Start/stop
Torch controls Start/stop & Torch reg
The power source controls start/stop & Torch reg
Turn the potentiometer
until Id is displayed
Press m/min
Press & keep the menu key pad pressed
Turn the potentiometer until 1 is displayed
The display must change
the number. Complete by
pressing the m/min key pad
Change the set-up function by
keeping the menu key pad pressed
while turning the potentiometer.
Turn the potentiometer until
3 lines are displayed
The display changes
to indicate m/min
The CWF is ready to be used
when the LED on the menu
key pad is switched on.
Turn the potentiometer
until OPt. is displayed
CWF must be Off = The LED
in the indicator is switched off
Keep the key pad pressed
until 3 lines are displayed
Turn the potentiometer
until 3 lines are displayed
Press the
menu key pad
The display shows one out of two information
Connection to CWF is deactivated
Connection to CWF is activated
The display shows Act.
1.01 =
CWF 1 & CWF program 1 are
now selected
Welding program 1 is used in this
example
Press the program knob and turn the
potentiometer until 1 is displayed
Release the key pad
Select the following: 1.01 by
turning the potentiometer
Press the key pad several times
until the LED´s in both slope-up
and slope-down are switched on
The function can be cancelled
without any changes by
pressing the A key pad
To activate the CWF connection:
keep the MMA key pad pressed
while turning the potentiometer.
The display must switch from 0 to 1
Complete by pressing the A key pad
Turn the potentiometer
until 3 lines are displayed
Press the A key pad
The display must show Fdr.
Turn the potentiometer
until 3 lines are displayed
Press the A key pad
The display must show
the welding current
Keep the key pad pressed
until 3 lines are displayed
Press the A key pad. The
display must show 3 lines Turn the potentiometer
until Act. is displayed
Press the A key pad
to enter the function
To deactivate the CWF connection:
keep the MMA key pad pressed
while turning the potentiometer
The display must switch from 0 to 1
Complete by pressing the A key pad
Turn the potentiometer
until Fdr is displayed
