Abus AZZU10150 Datasheet

  • Hello! I have analyzed the product detail for the ABUS AZZU10150 Glassbreak detector tester. This document outlines how the device can be used to verify the proper function of your active and passive glassbreak detectors. It uses a piezoelectric disc for electromechanical signal transmission and includes a battery status indicator, with specified dimensions and operating temperatures defined. Feel free to ask me any questions you have about this product.
  • What is the purpose of this instrument?
How does the test signal transmit?
What is the operating temperature range?
Test instrument for active Glassbreak detector
Art. no. AZZU10150
Test function for active and passive glasbreak detectors
Electromechanical signal transmission via Piezo disc on the test instrument
Battery status indicator
Active glasbreak detectors react more sensitively to glass breakage than passive ones. It is necessary to generate
special test signals for each sensor type. Therefore, the glassbreak test instrument is equipped with different
functions for active and passive glass breakage detectors. Via a piezoelectric disc on the front of the tester, the
test signal is transmitted electromechanically into the pane and sensed by the glassbreak detector.
