Remove the masking sticker attached on
the metal housing and the acrylic cover.
Open the acrylic cover and take out the
accessories.

Cut the cable ties xed near the synchronous wheels of the X and Y axes.
Carefully move the laser head to check that it moves freely.

Cut the cable ties xed on the honeycomb
platform.

Snap brackets (front)
Lift the honeycomb platform out of the brackets at the rear.
Disengage the honeycomb platform from the snap brackets at the front.
Carefully remove the honeycomb platform from the compartment.
Height adjustment knob
Calibration tool
Object to engrave on

Place the object you want to engrave on onto the platform.
Slide the calibration tool between the object and the lower end of the laser head.
Rotate the height adjustment knob to lower the laser head until the laser head barely touches
the calibration tool.
Remove the calibration tool.

Tap the perimeter symbol
The laser head will
draw a perimeter on the
object to indicate the
artwork position.
If you are not happy with
the position of the artwork,
tap the positioning symbol
.
Tap the arrows to move
the laser head to reposi-
tion the artwork.
Tap the pin symbol to
x the laser head origin.
If you are satised with
the position, return to
the previous screen
and tap the perimeter
symbol to verify the
new position.
Return to the previous
screen.
Tap the engraving sym-
bol to start engraving
the artwork onto the
object.

After engraving is complete:
Keep the engraver running
for 5 minutes.
Switch the engraver off.

Remove the object.

Close the cover. Insert the microSD card.
Connect the power cable.

Move the power switch into the position
“1”.
Switch the engraver on. Wait for the
display to light up.

On the display, tap Control, then tap
Home to move the laser head into the
original position.
Tap the back arrow to return to the home
screen.
On the display, tap Settings to
display the network specications of the
engraver Wi-Fi network.
On your mobile device, activate Wi-Fi.
Connect the mobile device to the en-
graver Wi-Fi using the network specica-
tions shown on the display.

Download the mobile app
“MKS” from the Google or
Apple App Store.
Install the mobile app
“MKS” on your mobile
device.
Open the mobile app
“MKS”.
Tap the link symbol to
open the connection
screen.
Enter the IP address
shown on the engraver
display into the eld IP
Address.
Tap CONNECT to connect
the mobile app to the
engraver.
Return to the screen Home.
Tap Material to open the
shapes library.

In the shapes library,
select the scooter artwork.
Tap the arrow to
continue.
Set the artwork size under
Size. The size must not
be larger than the surface
of the object you want to
engrave on.
