consideration, each actor acting in it. Respect for the

environment and the person for Sustainable Deve-

lopment, this is our basic principle. The business

value is assessed in accordance with the commit-

ments that the company takes on social responsibi-

lity and environmental sustainability.

Supply raw materials: the search for materials with lower en-

vironmental impact.

Selection of suppliers: before choosing a careful analysis is car-

ried out to assess the level of respect for the environment that

the supplier shall carry out in all its manufacturing process.

Energy saving: use in the production processes of energy-sa-

ving sources. Maximizing the use of natural light and lighting

G.P.S. System represents today the best moulding technology

expression of composite materials thermosetting in the field

of kitchen sinks.

On the scale of Quality many times you try to chase false il-

lusions, to reduce the so-called manufacturing inefficiencies.

However, the result is often a small improvement at the ex-

pense of a drastic reduction of the quality and technical-fun-

ctional features of the product.

Cycle time

Chemical and physical tests, for example, show that the re-

duction of cycle time in the manufacturing process makes the

product fragile, and weakens the chemical bonds of its com-

ponents. Elleci now applies in all its manufacturing processes

a correct balance between productive optimization and undi-

sputed quality of the product. Durable sinks!

Concentration of particles in the mass of

the sink.

An even concentration of the mass both on the back side and

front side of the sink.

Produced with the technological system of Elleci, GPS System, a

sink in Granitek, Metaltek, Vitrotek 3G is characterized by an evenly

distribution of components throughout the mass of the sink.

Plus the GPS system:

• Improved impact resistance (+30%).

• Improved thermal shock resistance (+100%). In addition

7000 cycles of hot water (above 90° C) and cold water

(15° C), 20 years of daily use.

tional Sanitation Foundation / American National Standards

Institute), IAPMO (Standard Product Development) and ITS

Granitek

Granitek is given by the union of

natural granite and acrylic resin

and, of granite has the best qua-

lity: high resistance to high tem-

peratures, to impacts and to the

most violent shocks.

The result is a significant improvement in resistance to the di-

scoloration. Aesthetics as a natural stone.

ELLECI CERAMIZED PARTICLE NOT CERAMIZED PARTICLE

Ceramization: it is a specific colouring process of the granite

particle. The painting is not only on the surface but in the en-

tire mass of the particle through a firing process at very high

temperatures.

The material Granitek has an antibacterial protection, which

has an adequate antibacterial coverage of the mass. In this

way the bacterial organisms are repelled. The mass is in fact

enriched with silver ions that inhibit the establishment and

growth of bacteria.

The material Metaltek has an antibacterial protection, which

has an adequate antibacterial coverage of the mass. In this

way the bacterial organisms are repelled. The mass is in fact

enriched with silver ions that inhibit the establishment and

growth of bacteria.

ANTIBACTERIAL PROTECTION

It attracts the eye, inviting to the touch. Aesthe-

tical impact, adaptability to steel, functionality

and practicality of Granitek.

The chemical composition is made up of natural granite, acry-

lic resin and, like all the sinks manufactured with the techno-

logical leadership G.P.S. System, has an even mass resulting

in high resistance to scratches, stains, impact and temperature

changes. The uniqueness of this product is that have been

added metal particles, making the product with a brilliant and

shining finish.

The target is to obtain special "metallic effects" which stand

out in 5 finishes: 67 cromo, 70 ghisa, 71 alluminio, 72 rame

and 73 titanium.

The different finishes allow a perfect match between the sink

and the other stainless steel components in the kitchen.

2003: The continuing research for new materials, which has

always characterized Elleci, reaches a new milestone: Vitro-

tek. An exclusive and unique material made of resin and pure

glass particles. As you know, the glass has specific qualities

that make it an ideal element for many uses, especially in the

kitchen environment. Equally hygienic are its properties, lar-

ger particles and traditional resin. It is completely anallergic

and antibacterial, resistant, hygienic, antistatic and stable in

colour.

Antibacterial: Ultra-smooth surface. Non-porous,

hydrophobic and lipophobic. Impossible the establi-

shment of bacteria.

Improved hardness of the surface maintained un-

changed: initial unchanged qualities thanks to

the extremely compact surface.

The materials used by Elleci are positioned only a few points

lower in the Mohs Scale, compared to some natural elements

as diamond hard par excellence.

The nature of the glass

According to its composition and its thermical history, the glass

is hard at room temperature (it has hardness 7.5 on the Mohs

scale), it is non-porous, with a strong characteristic of shining,

it refracts light rays in a remarkable way. Glass is the most sui-

table material for manufacturing of objects destined to food in-

dustry. It is certainly a material hygienic: non-toxic and is very

resistant to time degradation.

Among the many qualities of glass there is also

the total absence of toxicity.

Total Antibacterial Protection 100%

Compact: surface density optimized thanks to the microsphe-

ric section of glass.

Easy to clean: doubled flow on the surface of liquids compared

to the traditional materials. ½ water absorption: using glass

microspheres and "special resin" of hydrophobic monomer (it

does not absorb water) the water absorption is improved: 40%

less than the best materials present on the market today.

Consequently, is further enhanced the resistance to bleaching.
